She made sure to understand exactly what it is that I wanted for my hair and gave really great suggestions for my hair type and situation. I appreciated her effort in making sure I was 100% satisfied and I felt so well taken care of. I love my new haircut and highlights!

5 /5 Panda Bui: I grow my hair out for three years before cutting at least 15 inches off to donate (I can get up to 22 inches sometimes). Ive been doing this for 6-7 years now, which means I dont get my hair cut often. Was this place a bit pricey for a hair cut? Yes. But it was a nice treat for myself, and I feel it was more than worth it. My stylist was Kate. She was gentle, quick without feeling rushed, and all around pleasant. The cut and styling was great. I got complimented all day on my hair at the mall and restaurants I went to afterwards. Incredible hair washing and blow drying experience, period. Has me debating an annual trim between donation chops for this next round just for the wash, scalp massage, hot towel, and the least anxiety inducing blow dry experience of my life. Also I think she picked up on the fact that Im not much of a talker and therefore didnt engage in conversation with me after a while, which I was glad for. You can ask my friends. One of my favorite pastimes is sitting in silence with my thoughts. Great experience all around! Highly recommend. I even told my inclined friends about my experience at milk and honey immediately after.

The spa atmosphere is beautiful and calming—perfect for getting pampered before a big event. I got gel nails for both my hands and toes, and they looked absolutely stunning. 1 /5 cassandra bourdon: I recently visited Milk and Honey for a toning, glossing, and deep conditioning treatment. I left feeling quite disappointed with the overall experience. After my hair was washed out, the stylist walked me to the front with wet hair and didn’t offer any sort of blow-dry or styling. I had specifically declined a blow-out, but I expected at least a quick brush through or some help drying it, especially since it was 54 degrees outside and my shirt was soaked from my wet hair. I’ve had similar services at other salons where a blow-dry or quick styling is included, so this felt unusual. Given the price of the service ($80 + tip), I expected a higher level of customer care and attention. The lack of basic finishing touches, like a quick blow-dry, made me feel less valued as a customer. Overall, I do not even know if the Tone and gloss is what I expected. When I get home and dry it then I can actually see how the color turned out! The service didn’t meet my expectations, and I left uncomfortable and underwhelmed.
