5 /5 Kendra Mumpuni: Vanessa is absolutely amazing! Ive been getting my hair done by her for a while now, and every single time she nails it. Shes not only incredibly talented but also kind, professional, and truly listens to what you want. I always leave feeling confident and refreshed. She also cuts my husbands hair, and he’s just as impressed every time. It’s not easy to find someone who consistently does such a great job with both women’s and men’s hair, Vanessa is that rare gem! Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and trustworthy hairdresser. Thank you, Vanessa, for always making us look our best!

She has perfected my blonde color and haircut so well that she knows exactly what to do every time I come in. I am continuously amazed by her level of expertise and efficiency. 5 /5 Danielle Sorresso: I’ve been going to this Urban Betty location since early 2021. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming but I really go here for Taylor. I have curly hair and have had a really hard time finding someone who gives me a great haircut. Since day 1, Taylor has always done an amazing job! From short cuts to long and lots of layers, she can always keep my hair texture top of mind when I’m wanting a particular style and nails it every time. She’s wildly talented and also has some badass style! For curly girls looking for your next stylist, I highly recommend!

1 /5 Paige Jennings: I got vibrant hair color. Which I understand takes a long time, but I honestly do not have a lot of hair. It is thin/ fine shoulder length hair. It took 2 hours to apply the bleach (not accounting for processing time. Literally just applying). The whole coloring processes has never taken me over 4 hours max. This too 6+ hours. I requested a hair cute with a lot of layers. After the 2nd time asking it was very apparent the stylist was uncomfortable executing the haircut I requested. I scheduled a hair cut st another salon the very next day. I feel there was a level of inexperience was not worth the cost.

5 /5 Christina Christiansen-Hedge: I have been seeing Vanessa for about two years now and she is awesome! I really like how she cuts my hair (I’m pretty boring really. Fine straight hair, no color), and she has a wonderfully balanced approach to my appointments as far as asking for what I want, offering great suggestions if I’m open to it, and then delivering a great haircut. It feels like a very collaborative process. She is super easy to talk to and I always look forward to my hair appointments. She also does gorgeous event hair and updos! She’s awesome all around. Highly recommend booking with her!
