5 /5 Daniel Hail: Always professional and knowledgeable on what they are doing. Ive never had any kind of a issue with any part of getting tires fixed or replaced. They always have a friendly atmosphere. By far the best in Big Spring.

2 /5 Summer Hardwick: Typically always go to them I took my tire they’re about two weeks ago and they fixed it up for me but the guy needed to take it off the rim to clean it then put it back on he told me to leave the tire there and come back mid day to pick it up because he had to wait for a second guy to get there because he would have to take the tire off by hand due to the size. I come back later they put it in and I’m good to go they failed to inform me the rim on the inside wasn’t getting a level attachment so less than two weeks later I’m driving and the tire randomly goes flat again in the exact same spot so I get help to put back on the spare and take it to them the next day the guy then informs me that last time he saw the rim was a bit rusted and then proceeded to say there wasn’t anything else they could do to help me and went to go sit back down. I was never informed of there being anything wrong with the rim when I took it there to get fixed. Will no longer be returning to them. They’re always rude with any question you have. If I have to call to get a service call be prepared to be calling for up to three days trying to get them to come out
