5 /5 Juana Ibarra: I have visited a hand full of ERs, I do have two active boys, we have been to Memorial Heights a few time even myself and we always have a great experience, hence why we continue to come back. The medical staff are so professional and attentive. Their facility is very clean and well-maintained. Overall, I would recommend this ER to everyone based on my experience.

5 /5 George Koutros: I have come here for my family emergencies for years and it is consistently a great experience. Essentially, there’s no wait time. The staff and Doctors are courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Emergencies are not great, but your ER visit can be.

5 /5 April Johnson: I can’t say enough good things about this facility! They were able to get me in, take x-rays and let me know the results within the hour. The doctor and nurses were amazing, keeping me updated and making sure I wasn’t in any pain. When you have to go to an ER, you are in pain or don’t feel good and this ER’s mannerisms makes a difference. I would highly recommend anyone to go here and I will definitely be back for any other emergencies.

5 /5 Alicia Hernandez: I have been to ERs all over the US due to my asthma and let me tell you this is by far the best one I have ever been to. Not only was the front desk so kind and helpful but they were quick too. I had to have a painful procedure done and Savanna the medical assistant was right there holding my hand. I have never experienced such professionalism and wonderful bedside manner in my life. Thank you so much to the whole team!
