1 /5 Shanay Evans: This place simply SUCKS! The staff is nice but the doctor herself (Claudia Jordan) does NOT deserve to be in service.They HIGHLY overbook; you have to wait forever to get an appointment then sit and wait to be seen over an hour just to be rushed through your visit. I dont know how shes so popular in this town but she offers no usefulness and is unhelpful. Horrible horrible horrible.She guesses her way through when you ask for help with specific doctor problems. There is so much that I could say. I am even wanting to report this practice to the BBB because she sucks just that much. DO NOT go to her. She is the only female doc for this area, but Id rather go to a man than her. Oh and shes overweight so I feel she can not help me or give me health facts and tips and she doesnt have it together herself. I dont know who let her practice, but it wont be on me or at the expense of my insurance!

1 /5 faith moya: The doctor here is HORRIBLE they have bad reviews and have lost many patients before DUE to their rudeness. They have awful service and do NOT accommodate to their patients.

2 /5 Kate McAlpine: Communication is terrible. Dr. Jordan does NOT listen to complaints and has no memory of them by your next visit. Appointment times get changed with no notice. Prescriptions might get filled, might not, and they dont return phone calls, but theyll get their money. Avoid. The P.A. is great. See her instead.

5 /5 Christopher Ray: Virginia Parker NP is very kind, intelligent and compassionate individual!!! The office staff is friendly and have not had to wait for long while in their waiting room. Highly recommend!!

1 /5 Hannah Brittenham: I hesitate to call Timothy Overlock a Doctor. He was rude, condescending, and unwilling to listen to my concerns. His office staff was wonderful, but that cant make up for his lack of compassion and competence. When you tell a Dr you are worried about rapid weight gain despite eating 6 tiny meals a day and they tell you to "push back from the table" then LAUGH and say "no one that over eats wants to admit it" when you explain that you most definitely are not over eating. You walk away.
