1 /5 Tegan Noel: I went in with an infection in my mouth due to a cut on my inner cheek that was causing pain all in the left side of my mouth and down to my throat. The nurse practitioner I saw told me “we don’t take care of dental issues” and cut me off in the middle of my explanation about how it wasn’t my tooth just to tell me yet again that it was a dental issue. I don’t know how many times I said it’s not my tooth that is the problem, I have an infected cut in my mouth, but she had already made up her mind. My discharge papers have my reason for visit listed as “dental pain”, and my diagnosis is “dental abscess”. They didn’t listen to me and diagnosed me with something I specifically said I was not there for. Since it was later in the evening, all the pharmacies were closed, but they still didn’t give me my first dose of antibiotic until I had to specifically ask for it. Absolutely no triage, didn’t even check my temperature even though I was dealing with an infection. Completely unprofessional place, and I will not be back.

1 /5 kaitlin lusk: I have called the OB clinic different times and spoke to Cheryl over the phone and she has hung up on me multiple times. I am new to the area and I use tricare as my insurance and I have no idea who the doctors are etc etc. lots of things I don’t know about the area of Texarkana and this clinic, she also has NOT been helpful at all and when I try to ask a simple question or for help with something she just rudely hangs up the phone on me. If anyone happens to know who her boss is I would like to speak to them about Cheryl. She is a very rude lady and I feel like she needs to be fired. She has extremely bad customer service. I have called a couple of times to figure things out and she’s the same every time I call. An extremely rude and hateful woman.

1 /5 Emory Parr: While the Nurse’s I had were very Nice, Everything about this Hospital is just Poor. They sent me home too early without making sure my problems were Fixed, forcing me to be readmitted only a few days later. Everything takes too long to get approved; you will be waiting for literally 9 Hours before they even consider giving you a Pain Medicine. They messed up my Food Order and didn’t fix it until 5 Hours later when Lunch came. When they tried to take my Blood, every time they would miss the Vein & just jiggle it around until they got one. My Arm looks worse leaving the Hospital than going in Everytime without Fail. They’re constantly waking you up in the Middle of the Night to check Vitals, yet not one Co-Vid precaution was ever followed. I had worried I might have had Co-Vid they wouldn’t even check it for me. I could have it or not and it be no different. I feel bad for complaining about it, as I know it’s not an Easy Job, but it’s Pitiful service. Just Pitiful.

1 /5 Kristie LC: Worst hospital ever! My grandfather died here cuz they pumped him full of chemo. And when I went to school for medical assisting you know what they tell us. That there is a cure for cancer. Then I go here to try to get refills for my daughter because Medicaid is dragging their feet. Why cant help what Medicaid does that they sure stopped my daughter getting medication and its life-or-death when my daughter dies Im going to sue the s*** out of this place and Medicaid.
