After my engine maintenance notification turned on, I called him on a Sunday, and he took the time to listen to my concerns and wisely advised me to check with my dealer first, considering they had just serviced my car. When I needed a second opinion the next day, Charles patiently listened again, carefully reviewing my last maintenance report with me to ensure I wouldnt be charged for a repair related to the recent service. Once I brought my car in, Charles clearly explained the diagnostics results, provided transparent and fair pricing, and fixed the faulty coolant valve the same day. Charles exceeds expectations with his responsiveness, patience, thoroughness, and fairness - the perfect combination in a mechanic! Ill undoubtedly return for all future repairs. 5 stars and highly recommended!
