5 /5 Dale Johnson: Excellent shop. My son had his cars brakes and tires installed very quickly. There was a misunderstanding about price when quoted on the phone. However, they were quick to honor the price even though it was a loss for them. I will definitely use them in the future.

These guys gave me a quote before any work was done and did it quicker than they estimated it would take. They have great prices and go above and beyond expectations to take care of their customers! 5 /5 Stacy Brown: They were super busy when I stopped by the first time for an oil change, so I made an appointment for a few days later. In and out in 30 minutes. Checked and replaced two air filters that were super dirty, plus an oil change, all for a great price. I love this place!

1 /5 Terri Burdick: Do not use this company for auto repairs. They do not stand behind their work and do not take care of their customers. Took vehicle in for transmission slipping. Paid 1100.00 for them to replace a part. Transmission still slipping when picked up. Was told that would get better as all of the fluid worked it’s way through. Had to go to Oklahoma for work and was told it was good to go. The transmission slipped all the way there. Added fluid on the way. The next morning it would not start and transmission fluid all over the parking lot. Towed to a shop in Oklahoma Had the mechanic in Oklahoma look at it and was told that the transmission fluid leaked and shorted out the electrical housing. This had to be replaced for about $500. Drove the vehicle back to the shop in Kaufman and was told the whole transmission needed to be replaced and they sent the vehicle to another shop for repairs. Now I’m told it will take $3500 to repair. Kaufman tire and service refuses to pay anything towards this repair even though their repair caused the damage. Buyer beware when using this company.
