5 /5 Joey Duarte: 10/10 experience. Bavarian auto repair wasn’t my first choice of service. I went to Mercedes Blackwood a little up the street next to the wash tub. I paid for a diagnostic and a smoke test. To diagnose my check engine light issue. They recommend replacing my valve cover because my car was leaking oil said it was really bad and some actuator that wasn’t working properly (never saw oil leak on my driveway) I didn’t do the repairs because I didn’t believe them. It’s how they treated me. I didn’t seem like a priority to the guys at Mercedes Blackwood. I was ready to treat my car give it the maintenance it deserves. They just really didn’t take me serious it felt like brushed me off when I was trying to do more to my car or ask about other potential or future issues my car tends to have. I’ve talked to Ralf (didn’t know he was the owner at the time) personally before at my times at the washtub and he told me to bring it by for a FREE VISUAL MULTIPOINT INSPECTION. Once they were able to look at my car they saw the valve cover leak and sent me photos through their very open and up front approach. I knew everything about my car after my time with Bavarian Auto. They never tried to sell me anything that was unnecessary. Now i’m able to enjoy my low mileage 335i :)

5 /5 Lynzee Villafranca: These guys are great! I had a “turn your engine” off warning come on when driving my kids to swim. I called while I was there and they said just bring it by and they’d check it out. They were so helpful and kind and even had a little spot for my kiddos to watch tv and hang out. I plan to use them for any of those auto repair needs that pop up!

1 /5 Alfred Dwamena: If I could leave this review with no star I would! They weren’t transparent from the onset when my vehicle arrived. The technical started a diagnostic charging $179 and hour and for two - three days wasn’t done and the reason was because there were other cars that needed an oil change. He comes back asking for me to pay for the current hours while’s he wasn’t done with the full electrical diagnostic. He insisted before continuing. I wouldn’t trust them in handling business especially in timely fashion and transparency .

5 /5 CL G: I am absolutely thrilled that I discovered this shop. I wish that I had found them sooner! It is obvious in their attention to detail that they have a true passion for their work. Alfredo is awesome as a service manager - personable, professional, conscientious, and courteous. He kept me informed of everything that my car required and the timeline for completion. I didnt have to wait months for my parts to arrive. The technicians are knowledgeable and skilled. They took care of all of the major repairs, and paid attention to the little details as well, making sure that my wagon was washed and vacuumed before handing her back to me. If you have German vehicle, you are doing yourself a disservice if you do not bring it to Bavarian Auto. Reasonable prices and professional service. Definitely coming back. Highly recommend!
