Melinda Alvarado: My appointment took longer than expected. The nail person was slow, and not very communicative. Plus I was unsure what to expect, as this was my first experience with these types of nails. After being blamed for my appointment taking too long, I had to clarify with a manager, that it was my nail tech that took too long...... She did not ask me if I was satisfied with the shape of my nails. (I wasnt) Also I did not know that they would run out of the nail color that I was hoping for, so they had to remove that polish and start over with a different color. The original nail Tech had to leave for an appointment, and someone else had to take her place. Once I was able to explain that I was not at fault for the delay, they finished the job. Now I know what to expect if I return.

Amanda Lynne Adams: Brought my daughter and some of her bridesmaids here for wedding day manis. They got us right in. The place is super cute and decorated nicely and most of all CLEAN! Lynn did an amazing job on nails and so did her husband. I had a female technician and she was so nice and super fast too, which I appreciate. The pricing here is better than most salons in town. The atmosphere is laid back and relaxing. Give them a try if you haven’t yet, this is a hidden gem in Lubbock!

Yazmine k: I went into this salon wanting a French tip and was very unhappy with the way they looked. They were messy and looked half done in my opinion. After asking the lady who did my nails if I could get something else, it was off putting to me that she didn’t seem surprised that I said something. By this point I just wanted something on my nails that I could walk around with. The picture with the tan/pink polish over the acrylics is when she “fixed” it. Even when she “fixed” them it was still done very sloppy and she didn’t even take all of the white paint off. Might I add the shape was not good either. And the pinky nail is excessively long. The price was decent but it should have been after the nightmare that was now stuck on my hands until I can safely remove them. Overall my experience was horrible and I won’t be returning. However the employees were nice.

Would not recommend to anyone. If I could give 0 stars I would. Disgusting behavior.
