acted like my presence was annoying her in the salon. The “Owner “ proceeded to foil my bangs and bleach them for the color match. I’ve never been to another salon that has bleached my bangs, the most sensitive part of your hair for the color match. They forgot about me and went to the back to provide other services to guests. They came back, frightened and scared when they noticed my hair was beyond the color that I wanted. After this clear mistake on their part, they tried to charge me $60 for the appointment to color match. I refused to pay and let them know that this was the worst service for a cut & dye in the RGV that I have ever received. They still tried to make it look like it was my hair that was the problem and not their LOW Level of experience and tried to offer me a reduced rate for hair extensions. NO THANK YOU, RUN LADIES !
