5 /5 Donald Toohey: Greenville VA Clinic has provided the best medical care and attention to meet my health needs. The check in process is easy and professional. I am always greeted with respect. The waiting room is more than adequate to seat those waiting for their appointments. The Drs & Nurses are very attentive and helped ensure that my medical requirements are addressed. When my need cant be taken care of at the clinic, I have received outsourced care through Community Care referrals. I have had three outsourced referrals in the past 18-24 months. The only issue with outsource care is those doctors may prescribe RXs that the VA may not supply. So, you have to work with the VA & the outsourced Dr to find an alternative within the VA system or choose to pay additional copay for newer drugs not currently approved by the VA, even for conditions "Service Connected" which is usually no cost to Veterans. Other than that, the VA Clinic care has improved drastically since I first started using VA Healthcare over 20 years ago.

1 /5 Shaun Stoker: Pathetic! Band aid station at best! Great looking facility but, the staff are not interested in providing services. Need to make an appointment "ER or Urgent Care" is the lip "service" you get. Forget about making an appointment for any immediate needs.

2 /5 Rob: "Neglect, Disorganization, and a Complete Disregard for Veterans Health" ★★☆☆☆ By far, this is the worst care I have ever received at any VA facility. The level of incompetence and negligence at this clinic is beyond unacceptable. From rude and unprofessional desk staff to lost paperwork that was repeatedly filled out incorrectly—especially for the medical board—the disorganization is staggering. Phone calls go unanswered for hours, and when I walked in one time, I was met with nothing but blank stares, seemingly because I brought my electric scooter. But the real failure here is the medical treatment itself. When I reported serious symptoms—severe pain, stomach issues, and difficulty using the restroom—the nurse simply told me to drink water and eat fiber instead of ordering necessary lab work. This dismissive and inadequate medical care led to me losing a kidney. If this is how they treat veterans, I can only imagine how many others have suffered, or worse—lost their lives—due to similar negligence. No veteran should be subjected to such reckless disregard for their health. The only reason this review is two stars instead of one is because of Erika at the front desk and Dr. Carpenter. They were the only two professionals who provided real care and compassion. They deserve recognition for actually doing their jobs. Unfortunately, their efforts are overshadowed by a facility that operates with a complete lack of accountability. Veterans have sacrificed too much to receive this kind of treatment. This clinic needs serious reform before more lives are put at risk.

5 /5 Julie Nelson: Outstanding service for my first primary. They were very kind and thorough. Dr. Carpenter took her time, showed compassion, and exceeded my expectations as a care giver. The facilty was small but very clean and updated. A tv and water was provided in the waiting area as well as a beautifully decorated restroom. This the first time I felt like an important patient and veteran not like most of the VA facilities I have visited. The office staff were helpful and nice. 1 /5 M T: Don’t even bother trying fellow veterans. I’ve tried to get in there since August and even talking to Crystal, the gatekeeper, with a terrible attitude, will get your anxiety way high just out of her complete disrespect for you. And that’s just in the first thirty seconds….Im in Farmersville and willing to drive to anywhere but here.
