1 /5 Jesus Villareal: Made an appointment 3/20 to drop my truck off Monday 3/24 for a check engine light diagnostic. Took them from Monday to Friday just to find the problem, could have probably done it faster if they would have actually worked on it Tuesday and Wednesday. Sat in their parking lot doing nothing more than twice as long as the time they spent actually diagnosing the vehicle. That was just to find the problem, not actually fixing it. Never even told me my truck was done after diagnosed, even though I popped up the day before and told them that it had been too long and I need my truck back now

1 /5 X S: My uncle took my moms car here in 2023 b/c I was out of state. The cars front ABS sensors were dirty, causing the calipers to close in on the rotors, wearing down the brake pads. They charged him $2000 and replaced $300-$400 in brand new parts, less than a year old that I put on. They changed shit that didnt need changing, but never checked the ABS sensors. When I got back into town the problem still occurred when I would drive more than just around town. I found the sensors online for $20 each, but fixed the problem by removing the brake sensors and cleaning them with electronics cleaner & cleaning brushes from Harbor Freight. Ill never take a vehicle here!

5 /5 joe chavera: Had my brakes trouble diagnosed! Could not find problem with ABS brakes! Had replaced many parts and still had problems with brakes locking up! Had changed brake booster but it was bad again! Eddie was able to figure it out and got it fixed! My 2007 Avalanche is running like new! They did an excellent professional job. Would use again with no problem! Thank you Joe Genter

5 /5 Debbie Freehling: I cant thank them enough for helping us out . We are traveling from North Carolina to Texas back to North Carolina when one of our struts went out on our promaster plus a tyre. Had gone to several places where nobody could help us or didnt have a bay big enough for our promaster .We were recommend to Gentry Autos. They replaced our strut within the hour and was back on the road ( Got new tyres 5 minutes away from there shop).Thank you again for professional service .
