1 /5 Thomas Greene: This is probably the absolute worst oil change Ive ever had. I got my oil changed and they asked if I wanted a new engine air filter or cabin air filter and I declined both. I left here and tried driving to Fort Worth. My truck was shifting funny and had next to no acceleration. It was struggling on the freeway, so I pulled over to a gas station to try to figure out what was going on. These idiots put my air filter in upside down so my engine couldnt breathe. This caused a crack in the plastic tubing going to my engine. I got back on the road and it drove much better. I kept hearing a rattle and have been trying to find it. Turns out they never put the plastic door to my cabin air filter back on. It was just laying there and eventually fell down out of the dash onto the floor. These are the laziest and dumbest oil change techs Ive ever encountered. I wont ever be taking any of my vehicles back here again.

1 /5 Ali Aziz: The car is a 2011 Maserati, which has a very common quirk that the check engine light stays on for even around 2-3 minutes while the catalytic converters warm up from the secondary air injection system. When I bought the car, I had many places fail the car since they didnt wait long enough for the light to disappear. I finally went to this location, and they have inspected the car for the past 3 years. I went today for another inspection since my registration will expire soon. The service technician called and informed me that the check engine light was on, so I informed him about this weird quirk. He just ignored all of the comments and told me to pick up the car. I got my keys and turned on the car in their parking lot, and after 2 minutes, voila, the engine light is off. I even included 2 photos, one taken in their parking lot and the other taken at my house for proof. I did fix the tire pressure once I arrived. My issue with the entire ordeal is being ignored. I dont expect the technician to know every single quirk of every make and model. However, when I inform them of the problem and they dont even give me the time of day or take the chance to verify if I am correct, it is unacceptable. I dont have a lot of free time either, so now getting the car inspected will remain a thorn in my side. I am never bringing any of my cars here again.

5 /5 Johnl Nelson: I don’t usually write reviews, but the service I received from Kevin and his team was truly exceptional definitely a 10/10 experience. Despite some unexpected delays, they repaired my transmission at a fair price and still managed to provide top-notch service. What stood out most was the outstanding customer service. I had to drive my car to Florida, and Kevin even stayed a bit past closing time to make sure everything was completed properly. I’d return here again without hesitation just for the quality of care they provide.

5 /5 Scott Burday: Went to a different Kwik Kar on Legacy in Frisco last week and they barely acknowledged me and then I waited an hour before I walked out. They never even apologized when they handed me my keys. And, yes, they told me I’d be done in less than an hour and never even took my car into the garage. The Kwik Kar on Main St in Frisco was great! Very friendly team, took my car in immediately and overall were just really nice people. I’ll drive a further distance to go to this Kwik Kar every time!
