1 /5 Ruth Xiomara Abreu, CEO Viva Home Staging Design: I’ve been wanting to review this place for a while but the experience has been too painful to relive it but now I’m ready to share my story. I had a miscarriage and the way the front desk and staff handle this situation was beyond disrespectful, unprofessional and racist. The front desk is the rudest and most disgusting staff you could ever meet. While loosing my baby, I call the receptionist and they didn’t even let me speak and cut me off and didn’t let me even explain or tell them my symptoms, they didn’t care at all. The nurse that told me my baby didn’t have a heart beat anymore was very racist. I told her I need to organize my work schedule because I own a business so I can take days off and she assumed that I was a cleaning lady because I’m Hispanic. Also, the doctor Kunda didn’t even want to prescribe me pain medication even though having a miscarriage is extremely painful so I had to have a friend call the office and scream at them. I gave $3000 on deposit for all the appointments and soon after that I lost my baby and they didn’t even give me my money back or part of it. Please don’t go to this place. You are not going to be treated with kindness or dignity. This happened a 2 years ago and if you read the reviews the front desk is still the same. This people have not being called out and is sad.
