5 /5 N. GarcĂa: I have been a patient of Dr. Schneider for almost four years and while I have always adored him and his bedside manner, the staff left much to be desired. I visited yesterday for my annual physical and it was the best visit I have had. Most of the staff has been replaced and it shows. Ms. Edna, Dr. Schneider’s new nurse, was such a pleasure to interact with. Her bedside manner blew me away. Ms. Carol, the front desk associate, was very welcoming. I had never been greeted with smiles at the front desk, and yesterday we were giggling like children sharing secrets. Ms. Joni, the lab tech, was also very friendly and I didn’t even feel the pinch. I don’t expect my healthcare practitioners to be my best friends, but I do expect them to realize that as a patient, I am already in a vulnerable position and to make me comfortable during care. Mission accomplished as the energy in the office was abundantly light and friendly.
