1 /5 The Flying Brompton: Recently, this office adopted a new phone system and it is not patient friendly. It simply prevents you from talking to anyone. You have to leave a message and it can take hours for anyone to call you back. After talking to the staff, they informed me it was a corporate decision and it has created more work for them as well. A lose lose situation. After a few years, I am now looking for a new patient friendly office.
