She does tell me to lose weight and exercise only because it is in my best interest for myself. I can go in at 8AM and I am guaranteed an appointment with a very short wait. She also found my brothers cancer due to being so thorough. She also sent me to Houston to a Neurologist and they pinpointed my illness. The staff is great and very nice. I only have good things to say!

Grim Reapaa: I was directed here by someone who heard my concern. My mental capacity had reached its limit and I really just wanted to be heard. But if I see doctors and still feel this way, who should I even trust with the answers? Thats when I was told to go to College Street. 3080. Ill admit, after my stay I was surprised to learn that there were Doctors, Science, and Medicine here. About Four, to be precise. It must be due to the age of the facility. The building seems to be very important. In under a week I left feeling practically cured. One of the most painful mental afflictions in the world was not only diagnosed, but put at ease in my own mind. I really want to call these people here miracle workers. If you or someone you love needs help, trust this place.

Patti Adams: I met Dr. Clarke a few weeks ago when my husband was referred to him for a potential hip replacement. Upon meeting him I knew he was a very good fit for my husband’s needs. He answered all our pre-surgery and post-surgery questions. We did not feel rushed at all. He visited my husband in the hospital twice and even personally called him to ensure he was still feeling well. He is friendly, personable, very knowledgeable, caring, and the best doctor I have encountered since my childhood. This was during a time when doctors made house calls, called you personally on the phone, and seem to care more about their patient than themselves. This level of care is not only highly appreciated but also extremely rare in this day and time. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Clarke. If you are ever in need of a phenomenal (and I do not throw that word around loosely) orthopedic specialist, go see Dr. Burnet Todd Clarke. I highly recommend him.

Michelle Glover: Nurse Brooke, Caitlin, & kaylin were all wonderful in my cardiac catheterization procedure...they were very friendly.. check in was friendly..I couldnt walk because of my knee popping out and some stranger *very nice lady* made sure I got a wheelchair..was in room 13...on the second floor ..my nurse that watched me after my procedure took real good care of me for 4 hours..and gave me a call back the following day to check on me...5 stars for me

Towanna Lowe: This place has POOR communication skills. I’ve been hospitalized several times AFTER the gastric sleeve. Complication after Complication.Reached out to Ordonez to no avail! Deanna, the lady up front is rude! They don’t return your calls, and lies about contacting your insurance company, you MUST go behind them and do the work. I feel ignored, and pushed to the side. Can’t believe I did the commercial this office asked me to participate in, Dr Ordonez wouldn’t even stand close to me for pics, but hugged on the Hispanic male that was there for the commercial as well, I have the pictures as proof. I’ve told so many people about this place, and sent him a lot of business. His bedside manner sucks AFTER he takes your money, he WILL NOT come to the hospital and follow up with you, always sends another Dr on his behalf. Office manager Yolanda started out great, keeping in touch, making you aware of your next step etc. Now I can’t get her on the phone. You must call and call to get her, then she texted me on my personal phone to tell me my claim was denied!!! Unprofessional at its best! Don’t use this group. Trust me once they get your money, mess you up in surgery, they are done with you. Ordonez did a Bravo placement on me, and burned my throat, now I have an ulcer. Haven’t seen this man since July, when he made me aware I had no other choice but to have a bypass due to all the air/gas. Well my family is WELL AWARE of what I’ve been going through with this clinic, and if something should happen to me, well, let’s just say they have all medical records
