5 /5 Lindsey Johnson: I had a root canal with Dr. Carroll last week and it was the most pleasant experience, considering root canals are never fun. I was comfortable and he (along with his assistant) explained everything they were doing. Aside from the numbing medicine, I felt nothing. It was a completely pain free experience and I will go back to his office if ever I need another one. His front desk staff is so kind and friendly, they called to check on me a few days after the procedure to see how I was feeling. If you need dental work done, I highly recommend giving them your business

These folks are friendly, professional and do a great job of communicating with you throughout the procedure as well as following up when you get home. As a guy whos had a TON of dental work, take it from me, they are the BEST!

I was contacted twice by the office with two completely different payment amounts, and now Ive received a bill for a third amount—much higher than either of the previous ones I was quoted. There’s been no effort to correct the confusion or acknowledge the stress caused by this billing mess, which was entirely due to their office staff’s mistakes. To make matters worse, my insurance is now showing a lower amount that I should be responsible for. The bill I received only includes paper copies of what I signed, with no explanation of the actual charges. Save yourself the time, hassle, and frustration—this place is not worth the headache.
