I have went here twice already and they were not working on anyone and they told me they couldnt do my nose because they had an appointment coming in.. and recently I went in again and asked if they could do a quick refill right when they open and they told me no because someone is coming in 30 minutes and Im like it doesnt take that long to do a refill... so Im very upset because I have to be at work in 30 minutes and they couldnt do my nails. I only went here because my regular place wasnt open yet.

R Zambroz: If you want to be treated like you are a VIP then The Nail Studio is where you need to go. Brenda is hands down the best nail tech in Del Rio! Not only is she meticulously detail oriented but she is beyond talented. I have been going to her for over 3 years and have never had a bad experience! She has done so many designs for me. Everything from simple to the most complex designs. The first thing people notice at my job is my nails. And there is not a day that goes by that I get compliments on my nails by both women and men. Brenda takes a lot of pride in her work and her business. Thank you so much for always taking great care of my nails Brenda! Keep up the great work!!!

Mayra Moreno: Terrible Service – Overpriced and Dishonest I booked an appointment for two pedicures and two manicures. When I arrived, they confirmed my appointment details, yet when the services began, they only applied polish—no actual manicures or pedicures were performed. At first, I thought the process was just different, but when I questioned why we weren’t getting the full services I booked, they claimed I had only scheduled for polish. This was completely false. I explained multiple times what I had originally booked, but instead of acknowledging their mistake, they insisted otherwise. To avoid making a scene in front of my daughter, I let them finish, only to be shocked at checkout—$100 for polish only! When I questioned the outrageous price, they pointed to the menu, which conveniently had no listed price for polish-only services. No one took accountability for the miscommunication or their error. This was a complete ripoff—charging premium prices for something I didnt book. Absolutely unacceptable, and I will not be returning. Beware before booking here!

Jessica Gonzalez: I started coming to this business back in December 2015 and it started out fine. The past couple of visits they have just about ripped me off price wise. I decided to try the color powder and when I went for the refill I had them change my color. At no point did they tell me it would cost $30 for the fill AND $25 to change the color. Bare in mind it cost $45 to get the initial set. So I ended up being charged $55 for nails and $30 for my deluxe pedicure for shellac white French tip. Today I went and just filled my nails (no color change) and did the same pedicure but with blue French tip. When I went to check out the lady said $55 for pedicure with shellac and $20 for my fill. I said $55 for pedicure!!! Why?!?! She proceeds to say its cause I got shellac. I said thats not what you charged me last time. She said its always been that way! I said thats BS; thats a lie, and itll be the LAST TIME I come there to give them my business. Told them to also do themselves a favor and post all their prices! I say stay away from this place!!!! Rip offs!!!
