M Amazing facial! This is a hidden gem for facials. I’ve been going here for about 10 years since I was 18 years old, and have never had an issue. Lovely place and people! Appointment only so call first to make an appointment.

Ashley Allen It’s rare that I follow a hair stylist if they ever move - I followed Jaycie over here because she is that good! Not only does she give an excellent haircut, but she’s super personable and down to earth. She’s flexible and very timely. I appreciate her attention to detail. She’s also always willing to try out something new. I get a short “men’s” haircut and I always get compliments from strangers when I’m out! I would highly recommend checking her out - you won’t be disappointed!

Rita Cadena This was a disappointing and frustrating experience when getting a manicure and watching the technician polish my nails with three coats back to back with no time in between to dry. Using a book or her hand to wave across my nails to expedite the drying process. Complete failure! After 30 minutes, I reached for my wallet and the thumb and 3 fingers were smeared and dented immediately! She repeated the same process again and then left to help another client saying I was good. This is what happened after we left! Ridiculous I had to pay $25 for a globby mess!

Doretta Lambert Lucy always does such a superb job! She is very personable and insists that I am comfortable, enjoying the appointments. If she notices I am sore, She always works to alleviate any discomfort. She’s a beautiful, caring person who puts her clients first. Next time ask for Lucy. I promise you will not be disappointed.

Shakira Ross I’m disappointed in the fact that I have to leave a bad review for this place. I’ve gone here since I was 16 & just started back since I moved in January. I’ve gone 3 times since I’ve gotten here & each time was pure disappointment. I’m not the type to play the face card but I feel as if they were prejudice towards me because I’m a woman of color & wore my Afro. Besides that, the service is downright terrible now. I was there for almost 3 hours for a simple GEL manicure (French tips with pink base). Who can’t do that??? I didn’t know doing French tips in 2025 was so hard. Not to mention the first nail tech cut my cuticles so badly I bled for over an hour even after I left the salon! It literally took 3 people to get my French tips right. I’m scared I may get an infection but I pray I do not! Idk when this place went downhill but my last experience explain why I rarely see customers in every time I go. I’m used to this place being packed with good vibes. I will not be going back. Go at your own risk! Betty was great & I miss her dearly but her sister, BeBe is great as well. If you want to take your chances ask for her! And I’m only giving 3 starts because this place is sentimental to me.

Dani Kopf They were able to accommodate two of us on short notice on a Sunday! The salon is clean and all the staff are lovely. I did have some anomalies with my gel that I noticed after I left, but when I went back in they fixed them right away with no issues! Will definitely be back.

Kara Del Barto Love this place! The tech who did my nails was a wonderful artist and did a stellar job on my design! Super happy. Staff is super friendly, gentle on your hands/feet and attentive. Atmosphere is clean and modern. Highly recommend. The complementary wine and mimosas were a huge bonus for our group!

Kaliah TLDR: Kind People, Terrible Quality of Service I would like to preface this by saying the people in there were kind and had excellent customer service skills; quickly offered snacks and drinks and friendly smiles. They absolutely earned the singular star for that. I got the classic Gel manicure (with a “design”) and Gel pedicure, which totaled $107. I wanted simple pastel french tips, which I used a Pinterest photo as reference. Prior to curing the nails, I noticed that some of the tips were a bit misshapen. I asked the tech if she could please fix it, she definitely attempted to. By the second nail I asked her to correct, it was clear that I was not going to get a result that looked good. Her attempt of correcting it is what you see in the picture. I would’ve asked someone else to fix it, but my friend was unhappy with her service as well. She was cut twice on the same hand and the coats of gel on her toes is uneven. Safe to say we will both not be returning to this nail salon again. I honestly just want a refund. Tieraney Simpson I want to start off saying that I am giving my experience. While I was driving home I got more disgusted about what happened.I am not trying to bash the establishment in any way. I took my daughter to get her nails done for the 1st time. I didnt get anyone name and didnt get a good look at her. I told the lady that I only wanted to spend $45 to $50 for my 15 year old nails. I showed her a picture I asked can this be done for the amount she said Yes. She called another lady to do her nails and she got them done. ( She gave the other woman the paper with the notes) well I thought they were notes it was only boxes check if what I wanted.When it was time to pay she said $70. I said some lady told me it would be $50. She explained that they used dip for the pink and solar for the white part. Due to me not remembering what the lady look like and me not asking for her name. It was my word against hers. GET everyone name you talk to so that you can pay the amount that they said. I would NEVER pay that amount for a child. Im very disappointed in my experience. Her nails are pretty but for $70 and I didnt get any designs or jewelry that expensive. I

katty JPH Its been a week since I went to this nail salon. My nails are still intact & I would also like to mention I had a great experience on my first visit. I always ask for simple gel french tips on my hands & feet and many times they fail to do a good job. This time not only they did a great job, they were sweet and welcoming even though I walked in 45 min before they closed. Their prices are also very affordable, and they even gifted me a spa lotion!

Garima S Me and my 2 daughters got our nails done here a week ago, they came out beautiful. I got a short almond nail set, one of my daughters got a nice French tip and the other got a cat eye, all of them turned out super nice and the staff were really nice. Our nails got done fast but turned out great. All of us got extensions and the price was decently good. Even after a week the nails still look good, strong and are in perfect shape. Although the experience overall was good, one of my daughters did get cut when their nails were getting drilled

Brianna White It was my first time going to this salon and I picked out my massage I chose the one called “basic” which next to it was a price of $59 I didn’t think much of it I was going in for a refill of the same color which was white at check out I paid 116.85 before tip! I’m not a person who tends to leave reviews because I know they can be misread easily I’ve been getting my nails done for 10+ years and I have never spent this much on my toes for a solid color it wasn’t even a color change or a full set just a refill. I will never ever be back to this nail salon and here on forward I’ll support home based nail salons that honor their prices we all work hard for our money and no one likes being charged a 57.85 up-charge than their original quoted price. This salon has lost all my trust. It’s truly sad to run a business like that.

Aliya Johnson I had such a great experience here! Mike, did my acrylic nails, and even though I wasn’t good at explaining what I wanted he delivered and made sure every step of the way that it was looking exactly how I wanted it to. The ombré acrylics are very difficult to do and he did them perfectly! I am amazed by his work! I also got a pedicure from Lisa, she was so sweet showering me with compliments the entire time and keeping conversation, she did an amazing job and made sure everything was just how I liked it! Will definitely be coming back here!!!

Eila Foskey My nail tech, Andy is now the new owner of this place and I absolutely followed him from his previous place. He is extremely professional, amazing at the craft. I only ever go to him, because its quality work. If I ever get my nails done by another tech, it lasts 2 weeks at the most. I get my nails done once a month religiously with Andy. I also get a pedicure there by another tech and its always wonderful. Very clean in there, calming music, comfortable seats. This is my relaxation place and I will never stop raving about it.

Kayleigh Russell I’m giving them a 2 because they fixed it for free, but the older woman that did my nails filed my nail bed down on multiple nails that were red and painful afterwards. I even commented about how thin my nails were to begin with and she just laughed, agreed, and continued to buff my nail bed with the filing tool. My nails were sore the next day and hurt to touch! Not only did she buff my nail bed, the filing and shaping she did on the ends was just awful and at the end of the manicure, my nails were bumpy on top with specks of black in the light pink gel polish. The male at the front fixed them at no charge the following day, but had to add a protective layer over them and reassured me that because he did this, I wouldn’t have to get them redone for a while and all they’d have to do is change the color. Well, I’m a week out and my cuticles look awful and they absolutely need to be completely redone.

Jennifer Horan The pic to the right is what I wanted and what I showed them. They said they could do it! Told them the nails were too wide for my fingers and completely different from what I showed them. The owner was annoyed that I wasn’t happy with how they looked. He insisted on me paying full price, we settled for half off but he made sure I heard him huff an puff about it. Called bliss nail bar and they said they would see me right away! After they spent 30mins fixing what the other salon messed up , I walked away happy. I will forever be a bliss customer. The pic to the left is how I left the first shop.

Li Li, Tully, Diana and others are quality ladies that only wish to serve you. It is a remarkable feeling to be pampered so wonderfully! The prices are fair, service is exceptional and the feeling you have when walking out the door will make you come back every 2 weeks!

Rachel Vela I love that they are not very busy at all. But I understand why she did a half ass job on my nails I asked for an ombré nail with White/pink she said no she wouldn’t do it. I asked for whit tip and the used gel not powder I figured fine maybe it is better or something. Nope i was wrong with in a week they where messed up i lost 2 nails and by my second week I lost 4 nails I went back to my old place and she fixed me up! Fabulous Nails on Steepleway and West Rd. She does a great job but is always so busy. But after this experience I would rather wait an hour then get seen ASAP and have a half ass job. I give this place two stars because my pedicure was good and I took my daughter and they where nice to her. Besides that I would give no stars!

Taylor Simmonds The staff at Vlair is top-class! They were incredibly kind and always checking up on my needs. They offered a warm towel for my neck and a free drink menu. I highly recommend the peach bellini - it was pleasant and felt so posh. The salon is cute and clean. I had a classic manicure & pedicure with gel. Both services were fantastic and left me feeling refreshed. Yenni (pronounced Jenny) seemed very experienced. I brought an inspiration photo and she provided feedback & suggestions to figure out exactly how I wanted it. She took great care of my nails and I will definitely be back.

Tori Ackerman I tend to process things slowly, but they were such patient and nice people to talk to. I wish I would have said more, but my social battery was drained. Anyways, the service was good; they kept checking if I was uncomfortable, if it hurt, or if I was thirsty, and they have very gentle hands, unlike the other place that would hit the back of my hand to move it and at the end my nails were in pain for a week. Definitely coming back when I have special events and get my nails done!

Roxanne Macias I had a fantastic experience at VLAIR Nail Salon & Spa! Yeney, with 20 years of experience, did my nails perfectly and quickly. Ailanisleon, the receptionist, was friendly and provided a reasonable quote upfront. Lorena gave me a relaxing $80 facial, staying an extra hour just for me, which I greatly appreciated and offer free consultation!! This Latina-owned business has a wonderful bilingual staff, excellent service, and great promotions. I highly recommend Yeney for nails, Lorena for facials, and Ailanisleon for her outstanding customer service. I will definitely be returning!

dyteshia giddens I have been here 3 times and every time the price keeps going up. Today I received a refill with black tips. I was charged 44 dollars for the refill with shellac and 20 for the black tips with a nude base, and an extra 10 for something that was not even completely explained to me correctly. SMH. My total was 74 dollars. I ask why so high for the black tips? I was told it was two different prices for using a nude base and the black for the tips. It is the same as getting a French tip so why the extremely high cost for changing the white to black? Never again

This is what I asked for (3rd pic) and what I got (4th and 5th pic) This was my first time visiting and I had an amazing experience. I will definitely return. The service, the atmosphere, the people were great. Kathy did my pedicure and Kimmy did my nails. So great.

Jazmin Wright I recently visited a nail shop and had a wonderful experience! The coworkers were incredibly friendly, and Mr. Nick took exceptional care of me. He’s a true perfectionist, and my nails turned out perfectly. They also offered a nice selection of drinks, which added to the experience. The overall customer service was excellent, and the atmosphere was inviting. It was heartwarming to see many happy customers arriving to reconnect with the talented nail technicians.

Jordan This was my first time visiting this nail salon. Great atmosphere, nice nail salon, the staff is very nice, and they offer you complimentary drinks and waffles. They have a large selection of nail colors to pick from. Kimmy did a great job on my nails, and I got acrylic overlay. Judy did a great job on my pedicure and recommended the shellac gel polish.

Ashley Tate Snow does my dipped nails and they come out perfectly every time! She asks if I like the color and shape several times before continuing. Michelle also does really great pedis! I had Eva this time and Eva does a wonderful job on pedicures! Her massages are truly deep feet and calf massages. Shes very meticulous with the shellac also, which I appreciate. Justin, the manager, is very kind and always checks that youre happy with the service. Its been forever since I found a nail salon that actually cares for their clients. This place is not only gorgeous inside, but Snow, Eva, Michelle, and Justin make it amazing. We did have a few issues, but they guarantee their work and always rectify any mishaps, so obviously they deserve five stars.

Heather Thomas Had a ‘#4 Collagen Treatment’ pedicure with Eva today and just WOW! Incredible leg and foot message for those that like strong hands. She is kind, professional and knowledgeable. This is a new facility….I followed Paulina here from her original salon N’Nails (a well established facility just down the road) She has done my nails for many years now. Her and her sister, Tina, are the ONLY ones (after trying so many salons) who seem to be able to make my not so magnificent hands with short, wide nail beds look amazing…..and they hold up! I do a LOT with my hands! Thank you for always making me feel pretty. A big PLUS….. our hair stylist is also here!!! Brenda is the bomb!! I’m so excited that my ‘beauty worlds’ have collided!
