1 /5 Erica Patino: The worse experience by far from any salon I’ve received, the man that did my nails literally filed both my thumbs raw, he completely filed through my real nail and I kept telling him it hurt and I jumped and flinched and he kept going, he was the worst, paid for an entire pedicure and the tech didn’t even do anything literally just soaked ny feet for 20 mins and painted my nails, I complained and said maybe I shouldn’t book when their busy, mind you I made an appointment for both services and appt to which THEY set me up for. I was not a walk in.

Jessica Gonzalez: I started coming to this business back in December 2015 and it started out fine. The past couple of visits they have just about ripped me off price wise. I decided to try the color powder and when I went for the refill I had them change my color. At no point did they tell me it would cost $30 for the fill AND $25 to change the color. Bare in mind it cost $45 to get the initial set. So I ended up being charged $55 for nails and $30 for my deluxe pedicure for shellac white French tip. Today I went and just filled my nails (no color change) and did the same pedicure but with blue French tip. When I went to check out the lady said $55 for pedicure with shellac and $20 for my fill. I said $55 for pedicure!!! Why?!?! She proceeds to say its cause I got shellac. I said thats not what you charged me last time. She said its always been that way! I said thats BS; thats a lie, and itll be the LAST TIME I come there to give them my business. Told them to also do themselves a favor and post all their prices! I say stay away from this place!!!! Rip offs!!!

Monica Whitaker: I loved this nail salon! I got acrylic and gel nails with a gel pedicure to match. Both were great! Their pedicure was very nice. Vincent did my acrylic nails and he did great! He’s so kind and filed and shaped them so nicely. I love how they turned out. He has done other great work so I am surely going to be coming back! He can do just about anything. Everyone was kind and it was a nice atmosphere. I will be coming back! Edit: I have been back and had others at the salon do my acrylic nails multiple times and loved them just as much!

Lee explained that these issues make doing my nails a little more difficult. She listened intently to my explanation of the result I wanted and delivered. She took great precision, care, and time.
