1 /5 Mayra Moreno: Terrible Service – Overpriced and Dishonest I booked an appointment for two pedicures and two manicures. When I arrived, they confirmed my appointment details, yet when the services began, they only applied polish—no actual manicures or pedicures were performed. At first, I thought the process was just different, but when I questioned why we weren’t getting the full services I booked, they claimed I had only scheduled for polish. This was completely false. I explained multiple times what I had originally booked, but instead of acknowledging their mistake, they insisted otherwise. To avoid making a scene in front of my daughter, I let them finish, only to be shocked at checkout—$100 for polish only! When I questioned the outrageous price, they pointed to the menu, which conveniently had no listed price for polish-only services. No one took accountability for the miscommunication or their error. This was a complete ripoff—charging premium prices for something I didnt book. Absolutely unacceptable, and I will not be returning. Beware before booking here!

5 /5 Kea Mahi-Lyons: Long over due review but the best place in town hands down. I’ve been going here for the past few months and I’ve never left unhappy. Liam always does a wonderful job. I have long natural nails and I always do the dip. He takes his time, super detailed, and makes sure it’s done right. Rather than dipping the nail, he paints them on which I find is way better quality. Because of that I’ve been able to keep my natural nails in tact without breaking or chipping. Absolutely amazing. The entire crew of nail techs are awesome and very kind. 5/5!

3 /5 Bridgette: I would say this place got the job done. I was seen same day, only had about an hour wait. $40 I got a full set done. Two nails were crooked. They didn’t have the original nail polish color I picked out. I didn’t see any of the tools used sanitized prior. No hand massage. My fingers around nails are were left flaky from products used. I would have liked more ventilation/ circulation in the room like a big fan, when working with that many chemicals I think it is important for clients and workers. The experience was very transactional. I’m new to town so maybe I’ll try other before coming back. The workers were pleasant enough but not personable.

4 /5 Cassandra Furter: If you are a patient person who loves a high quality manicure - then this place is for you. If you are impatient in the slightest, do not bother. Vista nails has a phone number, but no phone in store. They do not answer the phone and never will. You can call a million times and you will never get someone to speak to you. If you want to schedule an appointment, you need to drive into town, walk in, and schedule one in person most likely for a different day and time. They almost never have room for walk-ins. And they are not afraid to tell you that they are just too busy and popular to answer their phones. If you can put that aside and make your appointment, you will have a good experience. Liam did my acrylic fill manicure today and he was nothing but a perfectionist and I left with one of the best manicures I have gotten in Del Rio in almost 9 months! I have tried LV nails and Solar Nails, and I would prefer to come to Vista Nails now.
