I never asked you to fix the scratch your staff caused—I simply raised a concern about what was said, and instead of addressing it, you made the situation worse. I even left the place, texted you, then came back to speak with you in person because I couldn’t ignore what he said to me.

Terrible service and unprofessional staff. I told them about a scratch on my car, one of the workers brushed it off saying, “That’s fine, it’s an old car.” I found that completely disrespectful. When I spoke to the older man in charge, he was extremely rude—he denied everything, yelled in my face, and told me “Go, go! Don’t come here anymore!”
They don’t take responsibility for their mistakes, and they treat customers with zero respect. Avoid this place if you care about your car and want to be treated decently.
