1 /5 Kay: 0/10 would not recommend. The most terrible dental practice I have stumbled across to date. Customer service 0/10, call center 0/10, office experience 0/10. This office is impossible to reach to the point I had to physically go to office with my concern. Walked and stood there for moments while a lady at a computer in front of me said nothing; no greeting, no please wait one moment, no nothing. Bryan stated he hated the call center as much as everyone else but yet they are as a practice are still using it. I’d rate this business 0/10 if google allowed. I never leave reviews but this place is so ridiculous I was inclined to. They tell you to call to update information prior to your appointment, but it is impossible to reach the office. Extremely poor service.
