1 /5 McKenna Autem: Dr. Fairbanks may have wanted to help me but he had a funny way of showing it. Was early to my appointment, lobby wait time was minimal, front desk was nice. Sat in a room for 40 minutes. When Dr. Fairbanks decided to show up, he interrupted me several times, was incredulous as to why I was crying, and told me to see my primary care physician for the pain I was experiencing. Did say he would like to find the reason behind why Im getting kidney stones... needless to say he will not be assisting me. I would not recommend Dr. Fairbanks if he was the last doctor on Earth.

5 /5 Tanya: This was my first time to see Dr. Fairbank’s and I really like him. For the first time in 20 years and well more than 20 stones, he’s actually given me a name, tentatively, for what the cause is. He’s going to investigate further to make sure he has the correct diagnosis and help me find a solution. I’m so excited!

Talks in circles, doesnt do what he says hes going to do and after 3 in office appointments and a 700 hospital bill for a surgery that he scheduled and did not perform my dad is at the exact same place as he was upon first meeting Fairbanks. To top it off, I got a call today to reschedule the surgery. Even though nothing has changed since last week when he said he couldnt do the surgery. Ridiculous!

5 /5 Kerry M: Had a positive experience on my first visit. The office staff were polite and respectful, the nurse was kind, respectful and gifted in drawing blood and using the echo scanner. Dr. Fairbanks asked questions, listened carefully then explained things (including options) available in clear understandable language. He even had information on best pricing for Rx I needed .
