He has been through some of hardest times with me these past few years, from treating me with my depression and anxiety after the loss of my son till this past year after losing my mom to dementia. He is very understanding and caring. He takes his time with you and doesn’t rush. I’m grateful to be one of his patients, you can tell he’s really devoted to his faith and work. He truly cares for his patients and there’s nothing more comforting that that!

5 /5 Nora Jimenez: Very pleasant and friendly atmosphere. Dr Rodríguez and his nurse Vianca and all staff are very nice and treat you with great care. He takes the time to talk to patient and explain everything thoroughly. His nurse is very good at returning calls and making any necessary appointments and all needed. Courtesy polite and caring. Lab results are given to us right same day. My husband and my first visit with him and we are very happy

5 /5 Veronica M: Dr. Rodriguez is my mom’s primary doctor. We recently switched to him as her former primary doctor moved away. So far, we are very pleased with Dr. Rodriguez. He takes time with her listening to her concerns and never makes us feel rushed. He is very knowledgeable and caring. His office is never full, we never have to wait long in the lobby and we are always in and out in less than an hour. Lab results are given over the phone in a few days (they don’t make you wait two weeks to know results like other doctors do). Overall, we are very pleased with Dr. Rodriguez and we love VBFPC.

He has been prescribed them for 10 years. Im fine with them not wanting to prescribe a controlled substance anymore. But they lied to me. I am 78 and been through many traumas. I even purchased a at home test to prove it.

Sabrina Walker: My husband and I went to this office because simply it was convenient to our apartment at the time. This was absolutely the best decision we ever made. Dr. Janet Lin was absolutely phenomenal! I cannot praise her enough for how fantastic she was. She was patient, kind and sincerely caring. She would address all our issues. She would look into even the smallest of concerns with the upmost priority. She was very thorough and looked into all possibilities. She took into account our needs and wants. I was not one to take any medication as an initial resort and she was able to give us alternate solutions when possible. She was always prompt and got everything done rapidly. I absolutely loved her entire staff. Her nurse practitioners were always personable and took time to truly get to know you and actually would remember you. If it wasn’t for me moving to San Antonio we would still be going here.

Brandon Tran: Had surgery here with Dr. Lambert and everything went well; however, I had found out about a month ago that I overpaid the facility by about $350 and disputed it with my insurance and the facility on 3/18. I was informed by my insurance 4 days later that I would receive a refund in a few weeks, but I called the surgery centers billing department on 4/1 just to check the status. I wound up speaking to the same woman I spoke to initially, but she was very rude, irritable, and unfriendly this time around. Based off of the older reviews before me, I wouldnt be surprised if it was the same woman. Im fine with seeing Dr. Lambert and I think he does an excellent job, but I dont think Ill have any procedures through the facility again.

Adalie: My mom and I called to cancel an appointment which was all fine until they unexpectedly sent a mail and want to charge my mom $150 for canceling a surgery appointment that she no longer needs. This was discussed in initial appointment that she might not need surgery if eye ointment helped and she can cancel at anytime. They are nice when you are paying a service but if they don’t make money out of you, then they can be rude.
