I’ve had nothing but great interactions with all the scheduling staff & they go out of their way to respond quickly to portal messages & with results. They also do their best to get you seen as soon as possible. Dr Collin’s is by far the best GI doctor I’ve ever seen, he’s so knowledgeable, cares so much, his bedside manner is unmatched & he wants to find the root cause of your symptoms vs just putting a bandaid over the issue. Really great Doctor, I highly highly recommend him.

Adalie: My mom and I called to cancel an appointment which was all fine until they unexpectedly sent a mail and want to charge my mom $150 for canceling a surgery appointment that she no longer needs. This was discussed in initial appointment that she might not need surgery if eye ointment helped and she can cancel at anytime. They are nice when you are paying a service but if they don’t make money out of you, then they can be rude.

Haven’t had a primary in almost 20 years, I figured it was time :) Staff was super great from reception, to check in, to Dr Vasquez, and they even keep a private vampire in the back to take your blood! No judgement for a dude that avoided doctors for the majority of my life and they were very happy and patient to take me through all my preventative maintenance I’ve been missing over the years! Hopefully I only have to see them for “normal” visits, but happy to have a solid team right in my backyard if I need someone to look under the hood! ***Edit - Not a REAL vampire. Just a very nice lady who sucks out your blood (into a test tube).

Brooklyn Ragan: This was our first time at this clinic and we had a great experience. My dog, Bruce, had been throwing up and became lethargic. When I got there around 6 am, I was kindly greeted at the door by Tatyana, who helped me lift my dog out of the car and get him inside. He had to be hospitalized and I felt very confident leaving him there, knowing he would be in great hands. Everyone that took care of him was wonderful and I appreciate all of their help. Thankfully, I was able to leave the next day with a happy pup!
