Medical City Surgery Center McKinney - McKinney Brandon Tran: Had surgery here with Dr. Lambert and everything went well; however, I had found out about a month ago that I overpaid the facility by about $350 and disputed it with my insurance and the facility on 3/18. I was informed by my insurance 4 days later that I would receive a refund in a few weeks, but I called the surgery centers billing department on 4/1 just to check the status. I wound up speaking to the same woman I spoke to initially, but she was very rude, irritable, and unfriendly this time around. Based off of the older reviews before me, I wouldnt be surprised if it was the same woman.
Im fine with seeing Dr. Lambert and I think he does an excellent job, but I dont think Ill have any procedures through the facility again.
