Every time I’ve had work done they have provided shuttle service for me to get to work. In addition, they haven’t tried to up-sell me parts and services. They have been a critical part in helping me keep my Nissan running at optimum.Great job Gulf Coast and all the staff who make a difference and demonstrate how a dealership maintenance program is done. 1 /5 Pearl Saldana: Just horrible experience you get told one thing when purchasing a zero mile vehicle, and things are never covered by warranty. Then your invoice says you got a car wash and you didnt, so the rep days, oh yeah, we didnt do it because the car wash is broken sooooo why is it in my invoice!!!???? And no, my tires werent rotated like wth! This is my 3rd oil change, and its always something.

5 /5 Bruce Zachary: I had my first oil change at Gulf Coast Ford and the service advisor was quick and professional. He escorted me to the waiting area and informed me of the expected wait time. For an oil change it was a good experience. I will be back.

1 /5 frank leverett: I placed my vehicle in service on the 4th of December for electrical issue. Part store says vehicle code read electrical issue . Dealership contact me Friday states it battery also my driver side window is motor. Needs replacement, also a manufacturer recall with transmission but don’t know how to deal with it. Monday I call trying to get more information when vehicle will be ready. I was told they will call right back. Tuesday noon. No response. I have a rent a car i am paying for and need to communicate with rent car company about arrangements but hard to do when dealership want update me . I not buying another Nissian
