Ashton Hansen Qwik Oil and Auto Carr is 100% my new go to shop in the area. I took my truck to prosper Ford to have it looked at and they told me that I definitely need a new brakes and they were just about to go out . I took my truck here for a second opinion and they let me know that my trucks brakes have plenty of life left, and that I did not need to replace them. Honesty gets my business. Will not be taking my truck anywhere else.

Jefferey Hafemann Biggest hacks in Texas. Took my truck 2 him(jeff tibbets),paint job was so bad he had 2 redo it. 2nd paint job is even worse. In less then 2 years the paint is coming off. No detail guy will touch it,the paint is so thin. Now Im gonna have 2 spend probably 10 grand 2 get truck completely stripped of all paint,and start over. Total hacks. Will never recommend anyone 2 these guys.

Adam Looper Had ourselves a bit of an adventure on a treacherous strip of roadway this afternoon and ended up backwards in a ditch. He actually showed up to assist the moving lf a tractor trailer that did almost the same thing right near us. Took the time to pull me out of the ditch and send us on our way. Greatly appreciated.

Shimmering Clouds So my car broke down outside of Coleman which is three hours from my home. My mom came to rescue me and we headed to Block One Auto on a recommendation from a local. The owner of this shop is so immensely helpful and truly saved the day. He arranged a tow for my car and then gave it a thorough diagnostic. Turns out I ruined my motor. Despite the loss, I still felt I came out of this situation with positivity because of the genuinely pleasant experience I had at Block One. Thank you so much for everything!!!

Marney Mason Cactus Jacks Auto Repair We were towing our little Casita travel trailer in an area that is about as far from a Mercedes dealer as you can get in the USA. We stopped briefly at a dollar store to grab a couple of things and the engine started misfiring and the check engine light came on! We were nearly 300 miles from home. Nearly the same from the nearest dealership! But it seemed to be running semi smoothly above 2,000 rpm, so proceed the 20 miles to our next camping destination and take it from there. It was Saturday afternoon. We will get nothing done until Monday, so we might as well relax. Over Sunday, I checked on local auto repair businesses. I found a first choice. Went there Monday morning, first thing. There was a for sale sign up and it was locked up. Came across a second, quite by accident, but their ODBC tester had been stolen. Also the shop was FULL of dust covered cars, just sitting there in various by states of disrepair and disassembly. They recommended that I go to the local ORilleys and have them diagnose the problem. He got out his pocket sized tester and informed me there was an ignition problem with the number four cylinder, maybe the plug, maybe the coil, but "Cactus Jacks Auto Repair" had the best ODBC tester in town and they also had a "crackerjack mechanic". I drove over there and met "Kris". I instantly felt a whole lot more hopeful. He got out his big ODBC tester and confirmed that the number four cylinder was the problem. It was at least the plug (I was due for new plugs anyway) and probably the coil too. He said he could have the parts by Tuesday at two. I showed up at the appointed time and two and a half hours later I was back on the road, running like a dream. I experienced only sound, confident, competent, professionalism. I would feel comfortable taking this car, or any other vehicle to Cactus Jacks for ANY mechanical issue. Solid, honest customer service, at its finest. I highly recommend this establishment
