Rachel Hancock: I usually have a great experience here. Today was not so great. I’m not sure if maybe my tech was new or what but even after he redid them for me they still looked pretty bad. I got a fill with shellac polish. The first time they were so lumpy and thick. He told me it was the polish I chose. So I picked a different one and he redid them. They were a little better but I could tell it wasn’t the polish so much as just how they were being done. I didn’t ask to have them fixed again because that point I needed to leave and I didn’t have much hope it would get better. Not sure if I will go back. Hopefully this was just a one off because they have definitely done better. It does make me wonder…if I can see they look bad, can’t the person doing my nails see it too??? I don’t know maybe I am too picky.

karen lamas: The owner/ tech was genuinely so sweet and outgoing but service was not the best. I went in as a walk in and they said they could do my refill. Took them about 30 minutes to finally attend me and when they did, the same tech left to finish a lady’s hair and blow dry for literally 20 minutes. I finally called it to their attention and finally got my nails finished after another 40 minutes. my nails did NOT come out as expected, super chunky and messy. 4 days later, my nail literally started coming off. Super dissatisfied and disappointed in the service.

She listened when I said I couldn’t do the scrubbing part on my foot because of how ticklish I am. Overall very good experience here. You’re greeted with a welcoming smile and attitude. Place is clean and efficient!

There’s a great selection of colors and it’s organized well in books rather than rings. They serve complimentary drinks- in a glass- makes a huge difference. The environment is open and clean. Kelly did a great job on my dip today (smooth, thinner as requested, consistent) and I will be back to see her in a few weeks.
