5 /5 Amanda Lee: Tim did my builder gel set and he was very kind and thorough! He did exactly as I asked. Helen did my pedicure and was also thorough and gentle. She listened when I said I couldn’t do the scrubbing part on my foot because of how ticklish I am. Overall very good experience here. You’re greeted with a welcoming smile and attitude. Place is clean and efficient!

1 /5 Neyasha Mendez: If I could give no stars I would. I visited this location on Friday March 21 And my experience was horrible. I went for a full set and a pedicure. The first guy that started my nails, I told him from the start I didn’t like the shape he insisted I wait till he was done. So I did hating every moment. By the end every finger was a different shape and Length. I voiced my opinion again He told me to wait he would get his manager. The manager came and said he will get somebody else that knows what he’s doing to redo. I told him no just take them off and I’ll go to my usual nail shop. He insisted on me having them done by someone else so I stupidly listened. The shape is all bulky nail polish started chipping by day two so I went back and had it redone since I paid $160 the ladies that fixed the Third time didn’t do any better and the nail polish is continuing to check My pedicure was great at first the 2 days later my gel polish started chipping. 5 /5 Amber Corder: I had a great first visit! Very clean and gorgeous decor. Ms Amy was so friendly and did a great job! They have lots of drink options and I there is a nice espresso machine that I’ll have to try next time. I will definitely be back!

All of the staff are super nice and the salon has a very relaxing feel. I had a broken nail under my old acrylic nail (done at a different salon) and they were so gentle and took their time repairing my nail. High quality service!

Tiffany Skillern: I had the worst experience coming into this shop on a Friday evening. I walked in asking for a certain design. They sat me down with a really nice lady which was fine. I proceed to show her the design and she said she would have the ask the owner the price. With the picture shown she quoted $76, for refill, fix one nail, and my design with chrome. I no longer wanted the chrome, because I wanted chrome for my French tips not the gold line. Which is what I told the lady doing my nails NOT THE OWNER. She literally just came over to do the pricing. The lady doing my nails assured me she was able to do the design. I’m just watching her at this point sitting back letting her do her thing, and not only is the symmetry off on the tip, the hearts look a mess, all different sizes, the black is opaque and missing paint in places. I was then upset and let them know I did not like the design. This is not what I ask for. The owner, decided to be combative with me all because I didn’t like the horrible paint job done and I sat there for hour and half letting this lady play in paint on my nails knowing she could not achieve the look I asked for. They switched me to another lady which she did an good job at giving me what I originally but I wanted the design I showed the lady, the gold line DIDNOT have to be chrome. The owner proceeds to tell me how she discounted it for me and that’s not what she quoted me on. All in all, I’ve been coming to k nails since I moved to cypress, and I have never had an issue other than poor performances from new people they hire. They charge you all that money for some very poor performances in doing nails. I work in customer services so instead of being combative with your customers, actually listening to them and giving them what they want. This is how u walked out the nail shop, with no gold line. I didn’t ask her to give me a discount cause I don’t need them too, I just literally wanted a design to be executed so I can go about my day. I am extremely disappointed in the owner, because she has seen me multiple times and to be treated like I am the one in the wrong versus taking a step back and seeing both sides. I don’t have time to argue with you over a piss poor performance. I’m not the professional in nail design yall are. Out of all of this, I would like the owner to reach out to listen to my experience I had at her business and move forward because at one point, I did enjoy their services. And if she don’t well, that tells you a lot about this business and customer service. I don’t owe this business anything but explain to the future patrons on how they treat and talk to their customers. Owner name is Diana. Response to Owner: You did quote me $76 originally with chrome and $56 with out chrome. These are not accusations, this was my experience at your business. You were there so it’s only right you try to say all these things to protect your business but you wasn’t trying to do that when I was there Friday. Again, everything I mention ARE the facts with is why it’s a review. PS: The picture with the steering wheel is how I left your nail shop. I took that picture in my car. The paint job is terrible and already chipping after just getting my nails done at your business. Seems like defending your business is necessary when you say you “honor” constructive feedback but not willing to take a look at the job your employee did on my nails. You claim your integrity but why do I have pictures of my nails looking a mess? All in all, I could have went to a different nail salon paid more to get what I wanted and not had to settle for what I walked out with and probably treated like a decent customer who has been to their shop multiple times. I feel like I got ripped off, and assuming Diana is the one who responded to my review, I feel like you did not care about my experience which is fine. If this is your dedication to excellence then I’m afraid you will never understand my experience because it’s definitely subpar experience and service. Not was spectacular about my nails. My nails look a mess.

Kara Kulick: This place is absolutely magnificent! I had Linda complete my powder manicure and then Mia complete my pedicure with a 5 minute massage add-on. I also enjoyed the complimentary mimosas. Both of my nail technicians were extremely kind and personable! Also, they have a bidet toilet with a heated seat!!? Overall, I was beyond pleased with my experience! 10 out of 10! I will definitely be back!

A R: The inside of the building is immaculate and beautiful! It truly has a relaxing energy which is perfect for a nail salon. The staff was extremely friendly as well! And theres plenty of parking. My reason for the 4 stars is that my shellac nails already started coming off within a DAY. The person did not seal the edges right (pictured). The person who did my pedicure was amazing though! Also not really feeling the $15 upcharge to try to have a chrome top coat. Hopefully next time my nails can last the full two weeks.

My daughter had a photo of the nails she wanted and the salon was so committed to executing it perfectly. At one point, without any prompting, they had seven people trying to match the color. I had a manicure and added a 30 min massage which was better than you would get a massage place. Will definitely be back!

I got the builder gel at Juliets suggestion and am so happy with how my nails looked and STAYED healthy during the 3 weeks between services. I could have waited another week or two but I wanted to switch the color for St. Patricks Day. I love how the actual manicure is included, which is why it costs a little more than other salons. Definitely found my new spot and person!
