1 /5 Matthew Rush: Needed to get a new prescription in order to get it refilled and they got it very wrong. I ended up getting a fraction of what I needed. I also ended up getting charged full price for that. They “fixed” the prescription. The problem is that I would have to pay for that refill again. When I asked about that they said there was nothing they could do about it. Bottom line is they made the error and I got to pay for it. No accountability whatsoever.

I have a chronic illness , and was denied a refill on my prescription because my last appointment was 3 months ago, which has never happened to me and Im over 30 yrs of age. I have only been with Methodist 6 months & already have been there 3 times for absolutely no reason . I feel scammed just to live. If they cant charge you they will take away your medication

5 /5 Dustin Johnson: Recently, the Houston Methodist Baytown Hospital has left much to desire, but the Primary Care Group in the Mont Belvieu area(particularly NP Kelly Padgett and staff) has been a big breath of fresh air. As a caregiver for my Grandmother, Ive never seen a more professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive/concerned PCP. 10/10 would recommend, especially for anyone looking for a physician who actually takes the time to read and go over charts with patients for full transparency. Houston Methodist has a great thing going with their implementation of MyChart, so a thorough PCP like NP Padgett is the cherry on top!

3 /5 Brandi Bourne: Dr. Flores was great for the initial visit. Heard my concerns and ran some tests. But having to wait almost 4 months (initial appt was in Jan) for a follow up visit was a bit much. Then I got a call that I would have to reschedule because he would be out of town for the May appointment I scheduled. I looked at the dates and the next earliest is July. 5 months for a follow up on some blood tests is gonna be a big no for me. Now Im on the hunt for another PCP with availability sooner than several months out :(

5 /5 Clint: My wife saw Dr Flores at this location. We found the reception was good. The nurses asked all pertinent questions. They did a great job. Furthermore, Dr. Flores was excellent. He took his time and listened to my wife. It seems most doctors fail to do this nowadays. He prescribed medications that treated my wifes issues. Great doctor.

christina frederick: Kelsey Seybold is a great place for health care. You can get most of your medical needs met in one place. The locations I have been to have treated me with great care. They make you feel very comfortable. The front desk at Baytown location gives a cold reception compared to other locations. All in all, great care and nice facilities. The care team are awesome!! Oh and wait times are low. That’s a plus!!

Kalyn Jackson: The nurses were great!! but Dr. Wilson was rude and arrogant, even after I hear the nurse relay the information of me being 14 weeks pregnant to the doctor he gave me medication I should not have while pregnant and then confronted me after saying he is “the ONLY important one to tell” and I should have told him about me being pregnant and to go see my OB as there was nothing they could do for me and walked out after sitting there for 4 hours. I never recommend this place, you will most likely not get the help you need/deserve.

Elaina Middleton: The one thing that stood out most from my stay at the hospital was the care that the nurses gave me. There were three nurses that stood out the most that helped me, Melissa Angie, Sonia Matthew, well four those individuals went above and beyond to assist me even when I got stressed that I had to stay longer, especially Melissa she took the time and sit with me during my transfusion And even assisted me with my wound care what I did not like, however was that for five hours, I set on a stretcher in the hallway. I understand that this is a small hospital however, patients should not sit in a hallway, waiting to be seen on a stretcher. They already do not feel good and to be in a hallway where they can easily get hurt or Catch other illnesses is not right that needs to be fixed immediately. The staff were very helpful, but I did not appreciate being on a stretcher in a hallway. I felt like less than a person.

Seriously, then why are you even open to the public? Makes me wonder, do you guys not want to deal with brown skin ppl or are you just incompetent? On top of all this, you want to charge me for just "cant help you". Dont bring your love ones or yourself here.
