1 /5 Kaci: They wont leave me alone. Months after visiting (and paying) they keep sending me texts, emails and mail about owing a payment. Theh even went as far as calling me 9 times in one hour. Back to back. I barely declined the call before they called back.

1 /5 S H: Was told didnt have a UTI by Dr. Vornetta. She didnt spend much time with me and was not thorough or empathetic as Im sitting in her office having attacks of body shaking, uncontrollable chills. Front desk and Nurse were wonderful, but Dr was having a bad day. I ended up at the Emergency Room at the Hospital couple days later and was diagnosed with severe double kidney infection and bladder infection. The Dr here at HMEC should have caught this!!

1 /5 steven Sean: Staff is Rude as hell, the office is so dirty and filled with dust. They treat people worst than you can even imagine. Front desk lady is always staring as if you owe her money

1 /5 Jeremy Cherry: This place is a prime example of "profit over patients" they want to flu & covid test everyone, Vornetta doesnt want to spend 5 minutes to listen to a patient, she prescribed a medication today that my wife is allergic to( assistant confirmed it from her chart before the np came in) - Unacceptable - Unprofessional. I hope she doesnt kill someone.

3 /5 Staci Butler: Everyone was nice. But i went there for the weight loss medicine and I was jipped. I usually pay 350 for two vals the only reason i went there is to get my medicine faster big mistake they didn’t give me any alcohol pads not syringes. The communication is very off. I will stick with Axtel and strive pharmacy. Lavender and Zealthy are good also and they give you everything you need.
