What Clients Are Saying about Shannon Clinic Big Spring (on GG)
5 /5 Lori Corley: Marci Lusk and her staff are amazing! Always so caring and helpful!
5 /5 Beth Henry: This is by far the best medical clinic I have been to. The staff is friendly and go above and beyond to help. I cant say enough good things about Marcie Lusk. She listens and cares about her patients. They make you feel like you have a support team behind you.
5 /5 Allison Digby: Shannon Clinic is a wonderful establishment, I was treated kindly by the staff and enjoyed my time there. The new physician Marcie Lusk is very thorough and I felt that she truly listened to my concerns. I REALLY APPRIEATED the head nurse Stephanie, she went above and beyond to help.
1 /5 Olivia Civitello: Poor customer service. Will not be back. When I made my appt I specifically told them it was for a follow up for workers comp injury. They said okay. I go in for my appt 25 mins early and was told they are not set up to take workers comp insurance. Okay cool, I will see the doc for my yearly blood work and be done. The lady at the front desk was rude and treated me like I was lying about seeing the doc for other needs. Ryan Cooksey is a great doc but the lack of customer service with his staff will continue to drive people away!
5 /5 OnlyFor TheTube: Marcie Lusk is EVERYTHING! She listens and she doesn’t stop until she finds resolution! Best doctor we’ve ever had.
J C: Literally the worst hospital to ever go to. It never fails, every time anyone of my family members has an emergency and are forced to come here, it is the worst service. The doctors are a joke, they do not care at all about their patients. The wait times are ridiculous. The rest of the staff are incompetent. You come to a hospital to seek care and most of the time come in scared, and the doctors have the audacity to laugh in your face when you ask for tests or ask to speak to them in general. Sitting here in the ER with my mother who’s bp is in the 200s and the doctor comes in laughing and refusing to treat her symptoms because my mom mentioned she had the flu days ago. Doctor said oh yea that’s what it is and when I asked if we can run tests just to be on the safe side he laughs again and says why, it’s not medically necessary and I’m not doing anything just because you ask. They give her only something for a headache and that’s it, meanwhile her pulse is dropping and her bp is staying elevated and O2 dropping. Make the drive to Odessa instead if you want actual medical care because this place is a joke. It needs to be shut down.
Gene Staulcup: My Aunt and Uncle became residents at Big Spring Center in early July. The care and attention they have been given has been excellent. The staff has kept me informed of their health and contentment in a timely manner. My uncle past away September 17th at the age of 94 after a short hospitalization.
The care and compassion given to my aunt by the complete staff only serves to reinforce the fact I placed them at Big Spring Center was the correct decision..
Douglas Wallace: As opposed to my two prior visits, this one was terrible. With the exception of the RNs, I felt belittled. Triage was non-existent, the receptionist was almost apathetic and borderline rude and the thing that bothered me the most: I could barely stand, due to the condition of both lower extremities, and the only people that offered assistance were an EMT and another patient in the waiting room. The icing on the cake: waiting over six hours while I watched three others (which arrived after me) go back and leave after treatment while I waited in agony. I doubt that Ill be going back.....Stanton or Midland looks a lot more appealing.
