John Washburne: Horrible care! Almost killed my wife. Thank god I took her to Kaufman where she ended up inpatient for a week. She had shortness of breath, and they made her walk to the x-ray. The director of nursing, Walter is a liar and unprofessional. I reached out to the main campus and complained and they apologized for making her walk for the x-ray and they said they would re-educate that department otherwise they did absolutely nothing.

Traci Bruner: Britne Curran is the best, she really listens to you and makes sure you dont have any questions and she will answer your questions. The staff is great too, they take you in the room and makes sure youre comfortable and all is good before they leave the room! I would not recommend anyone else!

Michelle: My loved one was there recently towards the end of 2024.. The staff showed us 0 respect the care was horrible they ask us to stay in the room 24/7 or get a private setter... Why because they couldnt do there job I was paying thousands of dollars and they could not do there job so they wanted me to pay more for someone to come in and do theres ? But yet I would see staff on there phones even witnessed a fight between staff... When I had a feeling something was not right I put up a camera in the room and you would have thought I had a security officer posted up. Shortly after that we was asked to transfer.... Our experience was so traumatizing for us and our loved one... I would highly recommend taking your loved one somewhere else !!!!!! DONT PLACE THEM IN THE CARE OF THIS PLACE Im waiting for the standard response this place gives all the negative reviews.... Bla Bla Bla

Jayson Walker: If you’re looking for a new Dr this isn’t him every time my prescription has run out it takes days to weeks before he will refill his staff is extremely rude I called in today for an appointment the lady informed me I missed an appointment ok and they don’t do reminders sorry I can’t remember a appointment set a year ago with out a reminder so I’m definitely looking for a new Dr by the way he doesn’t earn a full star!!

Milagros Arriaga: I went in for an ear infection, and while I was there, my mom started feeling unwell. The staff immediately took her in and attended to her with great care. Since they needed to rule out a myocardial infarction, we had to wait while they ran tests. During that time, Dr. Tucker (I believe that was his name) went out of his way to bring snacks for me and my little girl, knowing we had been waiting for a while. His kindness and thoughtfulness truly stood out. This is exactly how all doctors should be—caring and compassionate. I truly appreciate this place for their attentiveness and kindness!

Junior Padilla: Doctor was rude. Was trying to get me to get x-rays done on my chest. When I went in to get x-rays on the back of my neck When I tried to explain to Dr he said I needed x-rays done to my chest because I had bad lungs. I went in for a physical and x-rays on the back of my neck. He was confusing me with another patient. My physical wasnt even a physical.
