5 /5 B G Terrell: What can I say about Vanessa, Dr Hester’s PA. Well she is just the best. So sweet and friendly. She very thorough with my x-ray results. She took the time to explain everything clearly to ne and answerd all my questions. If she is a reflection of Dr Hester then I can’t wait to meet him next month. Thank you Vanessa for treating me so well.

5 /5 Jennifer Turner: I want to say that I do like Azalea. I love Dr.Merrick along with Jennifer Turner and Dr.Bartley. However not so much Dr. Raabe. He had good reviews so I decided to give him a shot. He had me do a discogram for my spine then when the results were in he said he didn’t see anything significant enough to do anything about and wanted to wait til after my hip surgery. I called one day after because I had excruciating sciatica. According to the front office Dr. Raabe said it’s from my hip. Now me not accepting that I asked again to which I was put on hold so she could ask him again and I got the same answer. I had also asked to get an appointment with my previous doctor and I was told I couldn’t see him for 90 days because of the discogram that was performed. I was told it was my insurance that wouldn’t allow it. I called insurance and was told that isn’t true. I was in so much pain I then called and asked if I could get pain pills and never got a return phone call. Even went to the ER it got so bad. It wasn’t until I made an appointment with pain management and was talking about getting back to Dr. Merrick that I finally got an appointment with him. At that appointment he used the discogram images to see where my pain was coming from and scheduled surgery right away. The same images Dr. Raabe said he didn’t see anything significant enough that warranted surgery. After I healed from hip surgery, I did indeed still have sciatica which was caused from my spine issues. I have to get my vertebrae fused together. Always listen to your body and don’t always just listen to what doctors tell you. Fight for what you feel is right. I could have been healed already if it weren’t for the runaround from Dr. Raabe.
