1 /5 John Washburne: Horrible care! Almost killed my wife. Thank god I took her to Kaufman where she ended up inpatient for a week. She had shortness of breath, and they made her walk to the x-ray. The director of nursing, Walter is a liar and unprofessional. I reached out to the main campus and complained and they apologized for making her walk for the x-ray and they said they would re-educate that department otherwise they did absolutely nothing.

1 /5 Scott Crawford: Brought my wife in a few months ago for heart pain. Doctors said she was "just experiencing stress and having a panic attack". Well, the pain is still present and has been ongoing for that period. Last I checked, panic attacks dont last several months. Absolute joke of a facility, staff is rude and unorganized, it takes you 30+ minutes to even be seen on average with, and I emphasize this, no one else present in the lounge. Staff is extremely rude and dismissive, and needs to be either retrained or replaced. Dont go to this location if you can avoid it, go to the one in Athens instead.

1 /5 Kayle Johnson: I went in with my daughter who is 11. She is obviously ill. Told the PA her ear was hurting, vomiting mucus, and fever. We were in and out in 15 minutes. They olny checked her ear and listened to her lungs. No swabs for flu, covid, strep. Highly disappointed. Was a waste of time. How do you exam someone in 15 minutes knowing the flu is rampant right now and you don’t cover all your bases? I won’t be returning. I’ll just take the drive to children’s from now on.

1 /5 Lauren Keating: The staff is rude, but it seems from the reviews no one who actually owns the place cares. I will be looking for a representative to sue for improper care, neglect, and Billing Fraud. Taking insurance and still trying to charge the patient for the full amount of staples is illegal. Ill be alerting insurance to look into all accounts with this hospital to make sure you arent scamming them more.
