5 /5 Amanda Bacchetta: I was there Saturday with my 11 year old daughter and everyone was kind, supportive and spoke to her like an adult. Everyone walked her through everything they were doing and why. I was very pleased with how well everyone communicated and attended to her!!!! This hospital is definitely our new number 1 for emergencies. I never judge an ER by their front desk because those poor people see and hear all kinds of crazy, but the front desk at this ER was very nice and attentive and supportive to the families that followed an ambulance. They also continuously apologized for how long we were there but it’s ER and that should be expected because they have to triage and sometimes everyone comes at once.

4 /5 Neva Sudderth: Everyone was very nice and informative. The only thing that really needs attention is the check in process. Only one person was working the registration desk and there were many people there for surgery that day. It made the wait time long. Other than that my experience was great. The facility was clean and it seem to run smoothly. The lady who took care of me in post op was just the sweetest person. Thank you all for taking such good care of me.

5 /5 Louveda Morris: The entire staff was amazing from the moment I walked into the Emergency Room until discharge 3 days later. The care staff was professional and attentive, and the nutrition staff went out of their way to ensure my meals were healthy and delicious. I felt very well cared for.

4 /5 Rochelle Schafer: The staff got me in a room very quickly. My first nurse was so nice. I wish I could remember her name. She put in the IV. Another nurse who had a lot of piercings wasn’t very nice. I don’t say that because of her appearance, she just wasn’t very kind. I felt like an imposition to her. The RN was very helpful and the doctor pretty good. I was a bit upset when he said I could leave but I was still shaking a lot. The RN was able to get me a pill that calmed me down before I left.

5 /5 Tina Cartwright: Ty was amazing! She was really friendly and professional. Listened to me when it came to sticking my arms for my IV. I have difficult veins but she managed to get the one I explained would work best. She called me several times before my procedure to make sure she was prepared for my scan. I could tell she really cares about her job and her patients. She was so comfortable to work with and comforting. Can not say enough good things about having her handle my procedure. Thank you!
