Im here for a piss test for a company, I walk in and hand them my DL (which they take a copy of) then I have to write down my cell number. Then they send me a stupid link to fill out a form, I ended up filling in the information I already gave them, whats the point of them taking my DL. I HATE online garbage, then my signature "wasnt accepted", its my sig. Absolutely infuriating.
The staff members are okay, but Emily really helped with my frustration and was patient with me, explained a few things and stuff just made a bit more sense. Still unsatisfied with the whole digital stuff.
Premier Womens Healthcare of Abilene, PLLC - Abilene Cat Dobbs: I do not know what these office people do all day. I can never get them to fulfill my prescriptions. It’s why I stopped taking birth control (because I had to play phone tag for a week with the pharmacy and the Drs office so I was already off of the meds & just decided to stop taking it since the pharmacy literally never had the script ready). I thought in the two years I stopped going they’d have it figured out. I know someone else who stopped going here because the office is terribly run. Erin Garner is a great doctor. Idk what the rest of her staff does though
Vera West Womens Center - Abilene Gwen Allison: Brigette, Callie and Dr. Nitke were kind and gentle with my biopsy. They seemed to show concern for the whole patient.
I thought Dr. Nitke was like Jesus with his kindness and bedside manner. Means a lot when you are facing personal fears. The girls couldnt have been more accommodating. This staff is quite a tribute to humanity.
Hendrick Urgent Care - Buffalo Gap Rd. - Abilene Alexis Dietrich: Priscilla is there for a paycheck and only a paycheck. If you come in before closing, but it is CLOSE to closing time, she will turn you away. EVEN WITH A BABY. She was cold and heartless, so when shes working just assume they close at 7:50, NOT 8 pm. We have been here before when she wasnt working and received incredible service, caring practitioners, and very friendly staff! This review is solely for our experience with her, as someone in health care should not be like that... Unfortunately, when we desperately needed some grace to avoid scaring our 3 year old even more with hours of wait at an ER, we ran into Priscilla who changed our perspective on this urgent care. Hoping we do not have to encounter her again.

West Texas Health, PLLC - Abilene Ada G. Hernandez: This walk in clinic is ridiculous. They say they close at 4:30pm but they are always locking their doors BEFORE CLOSING time.
