5 /5 Deiondra Lyn: Place where all the events happen! Great for kids & Dogs. Bring your chairs, bug spray, wagons, blankets & chill, read, play & enjoy. That’s the vibe for this place. There’s also a great playground and little pool (free) . So take advantage ( but clean up after yourself) .

4 /5 Bonnie Kurtz: Had fun looking at the views from the top of the Hemisfair. Worth doing it at least one time. Was a bit disappointed that the cocktail bar was closed for a private party.

5 /5 Rose Vazquez: Hemisfair Park is hands-down one of the best places in San Antonio for kids to burn off energy, make new friends, and just be kids! The playground is super interactive with creative structures that spark imagination—from climbing towers and splash pads to swings and slides that keep them entertained for hours. What I love most is how social it is—my kids always end up playing with tons of other children, and it feels like one big playdate every time we visit. The atmosphere is welcoming, and there’s plenty of space for parents to relax nearby while keeping an eye on the fun. Bonus: There are shaded areas, restrooms, and even little food and drink options close by. It’s our go-to weekend spot!

5 /5 Melissa Tamez: Signage for the Final Four Fan Fest experiences outside the Henry B Convention was great. Directions getting closer to the convention wasn’t so clear but that allowed us to explore more around us and on the way so it was a lot of walking but great experience.

5 /5 Brijesh Parihar: Hemisfair was the perfect venue for the India Association of San Antonio’s (IASA) Festival of India (FOI), and we couldn’t have asked for a better location for our celebration! The beautifully maintained green spaces, scenic walkways, and vibrant atmosphere made it an ideal setting to showcase Indian culture, music, dance, food, and community spirit. The layout of the park made it easy to set up stages, vendor booths, and interactive zones for kids and families. Yanaguana Garden was a big hit with families, and the backdrop of the Tower of the Americas added a stunning visual element to the entire event. The Hemisfair team was incredibly professional, helpful, and accommodating throughout the entire planning process. From logistics support to day-of coordination, their collaboration ensured that everything ran smoothly. What really stood out was how inclusive and welcoming the space felt—it’s truly a gathering place for all of San Antonio. Many of our attendees, including community leaders and first-time visitors, commented on how perfect the location was and how much they enjoyed exploring the park during the event. Highly recommend Hemisfair for cultural festivals, community events, and family outings. We’re grateful for the opportunity to host our festival here and look forward to coming back!
