5 /5 Kimberly Billings: Exceptional Care from PA Trinity Williams and Michelle (Front Desk Receptionist) I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service provided by Michelle and PA Trinity Williams during my visit today. Michelle is truly a breath of fresh air from the moment you walk through the door. She is always smiling, professional, and goes above and beyond to assist patients during check-in and check-out. Her kindness and dedication do not go unnoticed. PA Trinity Williams is equally phenomenal. She takes her time to thoroughly explain lab results and address any health concerns with great care and attention. Her commitment to patient well-being is truly commendable. If we had a million more professionals like these two, the world—and the workforce—would be a much better place. I just wanted to make sure you knew how exceptional they both are.

5 /5 Lilia Victoria: Since 2004, we have been consistently with Health Texas Wurzbach for our health and medical needs/concerns. We are greatly blessed to be the recipients of the professional expertise and excellent care of Dr. Ana Calderon, NP Stephanie Garza, and PA Trinity Williams and the rest of the attending physicians. Their rapport with their patients is also amazing. We are likewise grateful to the medical support staff and the receptionists/clerks who are all very friendly and courteous.

1 /5 Nicole McLeod: Today, I arrived at my 8:20 am appointment with Trinity Williams, only to be told I couldn’t be seen because I hadn’t arrived 15 minutes early. If the clinic requires patients to arrive early, why not schedule the appointment at 8:05 instead of 8:20? It’s confusing and illogical to list an appointment time that isn’t actually honored. To add to the frustration, the medical assistant came to the front to call me back, but the receptionist intervened, stating that Trinity Williams had declined to see me. Overall, this felt unnecessarily dismissive and poorly handled. Making matters worse, I was rescheduled for another appointment in Helotes with someone who isn’t trained in administering injections—a service I specifically need, and I told this to the receptionist. While I deeply appreciate the exceptional care I’ve received from Stephanie Garza and Dr. James Walter, I will not be booking with Trinity Williams in the future. Compassion and empathy matter to me, and this experience felt more like “business as usual” than patient-centered care.

1 /5 Nancy Phommyvong: If you choose this PCP, just ensure that you ask them about the lab work they’ll be running prior to leaving. I went in for a woman’s health exam, and left with a $182 lab work fee from Labcorp, on something I didn’t request. I tried disputing it, but they ended up saying it was all correct on their end. I had never been to a place where doctors ordered lab work at their own discretion without patient approval. I was calling around for over a month, trying to get coding on the lab work, an explanation etc. they never called back, I had to follow up myself. I requested a message through my portal, since our schedules didn’t coordinate due to my job, and I never received anything. I ended up messaging myself, still no reply. After all this time, with no solution, I had to pay to avoid collections. At minimum, a good explanation of why the lab work was done would’ve been nice, I mean it was a pretty penny, but I couldn’t even get that. You’re better off waiting a couple months for a good PCP facility/staff.

1 /5 S E: I got turned away today from my appointment for being 6 minutes early instead of 15. Im not a new client and have always been on time and never turned away. They started a new policy where you have to be exactly 15 minutes early or you will be rescheduled. This is ridiculous and they still should have let me get to my appointment. I will never go back, but Dr. K was awesome and I do think he is a wonderful doctor. I didnt deserve to be turned away. Im pregnant and needed care. They could have let me be seen just today as Ive never been late. They didnt have to turn me away. Health Texas your reviews are going downward. You need to read them and actually address the problem as Im sure more people will be giving bad reviews because of this.
