5 /5 Rasul Ngoma: Heath services of North Texas - Denton Medical center 4304 is one of the best medical centers I have been treated. The staff are friendly and attentive to patients needs. Ms Nisha Abrahams, FNP attended to my medical issues with such a compassionate mood. All the referrals, lab tests and prescriptions made me feel cured, Not forgetting all other staff for their professional approach.

1 /5 Crystal Cross: My insurance provider reached out to ensure the provider listed as accepting new patients was available for a appointment for me. They were not accepting new patients but the NP was. I agreed to see the NP. My insurance contact was told to have me reach out to schedule a appointment. Well I tried today. After being on hold for over 10 minutes I was told the next available appointment is not until mid January. That is two months out. I definitely need a provider who is more approachable and open than this. So I will be contacting my health insurance provider to remove the NP as PCP and start again. Definitely not the best first impression for a Healthcare provider establishment.

1 /5 Leah S: Today my daughter had some bumps apear on her scalp, they were full of pus and blood so I had called here asking if they did walk-ins still. They do not. So I asked if they had any appointments available and she said no they didnt, I was then transferred to a nurse who said she didnt know why I was transferred and I was sent back to the front desk. The third lady that answered bless her heart, had told me they had several times available and gladly scheduled me for a 4pm appointment. I went in at about 3:48pm get called back around 3:55pm and the nurse I spoken to before is the one that saw me. She checked my daughters vitals, height, and weight and then told me the doctor would see me soon. I waited till 4:52pm to get seen. Almost 50 minutes later and no one had come in to check on my daughter, there were no patients, all the nurses and receptionists were sitting, I had already asked where the doctor was and was told theyd go check. Never got seen, so I grabbed my daughter and left. Very disappointed.

1 /5 Simone J: I have found this location to be very biased. Ever since my first visit I noticed I was treated differently from the Hispanic patients. Ive had my initial antenatal visit canceled more than once and even when I explained that I am high risk, which they have my details on file about, and that Ive ended up in the ER already with complications they still keep cancelling. The first cancellation I was even told there was never an appointment on file. Even when I said to them that by the middle of next month I could succumb to whatever may be going on, they didnt seem to care. Getting in with another facility is difficult and I have no one to order my ultrasound or serum BHCG since its out of my PCPs scope. Please do better, because patient safety doesnt seem to be your utmost priority. I wrote the above review on Jan 30th, 2025 and Im editing it on the 1st of Feb. As I previously mentioned SAFETY first. Pregnancy can be a life or death situation. My concerns were shrugged off but luckily Im very proactive. I took myself to the ER and had emergency surgery done yesterday morning, they said had I waited it couldve been fatal for me. As an established patient in different locations my entire history is in file, my initial antenatal visit should never have been cancelled so many times, especially knowing that finding an OB is difficult. Im very disappointed and warn others to be very careful with this place.

1 /5 Aneri Shah: People are here not knowledgeable. They dont know proper billing method and medical code. They bill just randomly. I just went for my annual checkup and they sent me $1346 bill. I have been trying to resolve this from last 2 months. But no one is ready to take responsibility. Worst experience ever. Worst doctors and worst staff.
