One of those pains thats so bad you dont even realize how much discomfort your were in until it is relieved. I book a 90 min therapeutic massage and it may as well have been labeled 90minutes in heaven. I slept so good for the first night in months. Pain relieved, tension eased and I will be making this a regular treat in the future.
