Shes listens to you, and takes care of your needs and concerns that you may have! The office staff is also amazing! 10/10 recommended .

5 /5 Deanas Den of Discovery: I love this place. The doctor meets me on my.level of what I want for my health. They dont push a bunch of medication. And they are so friendly. The wait can be a bit long but definitely worth it!!!! My kids and I both go here.

1 /5 Andrew Ramirez: Dr’s are excellent but billing department is horrible. I was trying to fix being double billed that my insurance caught. Misty treated me like a criminal they were right I was wrong end of story. There was no reasoning with her. And the rudeness continues the girls up front treat people terribly. Only good thing about this place was Ramie and they lost her. Stay away from this place

2 /5 Blondebombjuju: The staff past the front counter is amazing however the front desk is totally unprofessional! A diabetic should never be told to wait for medication until next visit. Janene agreed that is a no-no! And 2 hr lunches are why you can’t see sick pts! What is going on?

She is so professional, kind, a great listener and truly wants what is best for her patients! I feel so comfortable knowing my health care is in the best hands! Amanda Johnson: Second Update: I contacted them about never getting my prescription, they apologized and said they would call it in and STILL NO PRESCRIPTION CALLED IN a week after my appointment!!! No idea why this place exists other than to waste your time and money. Shame. On. Them. They were happy to take my cash but could care less about your well- being. Will be contacting the BBB. Update: Well changing this from 5 to 1 stars because just like the reviews below, the front office staff messed everything up and did not call my prescription in and now Ive got to wait with an infection for antibiotics until Monday. The phone number on here and their website is not correct. What a waste of time. Dont waste yours.... Came here last minute as a walk in on a Saturday and had zero wait, very good experience with the nurse and doctor. The negative reviews on here have to do with front office staff, not the actual care received. Dont expect a hello, smile or any kind of cordial behavior when you check in, front office staff is not or welcoming or friendly at all. But once you get in the back everyone is really great and doctor was kind and knowledgeable.

natalie selman: I never leave reviews but our experience was bad enough, others need to be aware. My husband was taken here for a motorcycle accident by ambulance (so not our choice). The nurse we had was very hateful and you could tell she didn’t want to be there. The people who did the x ray didn’t seem to know what they were doing and took forever! My husband had a severe gash under his chin, they left it open as it was just bleeding and running all down his neck. I had to ask one of the nurses if it needed stitches. Her reply was “if it was me I would say no but I don’t know what his doctor’s preferences are.” He ended up getting 3 stitches after we told the doctor we wanted them. I guess they were just going to leave it open?? They also didn’t clean any of the blood off of him, I had to do it. I also had to get him dressed all by myself which was a struggle as he had a fractured elbow. They also weren’t going to even bandage or clean all of the road rash abrasions until I told them I wanted it done there. They were just going to send him home and I guess expect me to do all that. I could go on and on but needless to say I don’t recommend this place at all and we will NOT be coming back.
