They asked for labs. I sent them and didnt hear anything for weeks. I called back. They claimed they never received them. Resent. Then they asked for records, physicians visit comments, and a physicians note. Why didnt they say that at the beginning? Why would I use the same system that didnt work the first time? Difficult to work with and they refused to schedule an appointment. No, thank you.
Pulse Healthcare System / Padilla - East Downtown Clinic - Houston Andres Lopez: This place really is a joke. Ever since they switched to pulse, its just been down hill from there. I cant believe the Padilla family let this office get to this point. Im not even sure if they are still affiliated, but they sure like to drop the name on the website. There are better places around. The doctor talking in the background was so unprofessional. Worst experience at a doctors office i ever had.
Texas Childrens Hospital Partners in OB/GYN Care - Houston Karina Guzman: Had my baby here two months ago and my experience was just amazing !!! After hearing all the horribles experiences from friends and family I was terrified of having my baby in any hospital. But my experience was just awesome from my OB to the rest of the staff , nurses everyone was so caring I give this hospital 100000000/10 ♥️

My husband took our daughter here last week she wasn’t doing well at all after explaining all her symptoms the Provider she goes and says that my daughter is “fine” to just give her Tylenol. Right after her appointment we took her to the ER because she was having difficulty breathing where she was diagnosed with Pneumonia.

So, thank you to my PCP for radiating a peaceful and caring spirit that encourages me to communicate openly and honestly. There are many positive interactions Ive forged here, specifically with my PCP, so this will indefinitely remain my primary location to go to.

I drove from Dallas to give birth with my preferred OB, Dr. Tawadrous, in the Pasadena area and feel truly blessed to have had the fantastic team at HCA help me.
The bedside manner, knowledge, and enthusiasm was truly above and beyond. Thank you!

Pasadena Health Center - Pasadena Marc Duncan: I will leave good reviews when warranted and will do the same for a negative experience. I have been coming here for several years and dont normally have a problem. I had an appointment for 11:15am to get my results for some lab work I had done 2 weeks prior. I was called back to at 11:20am. The nurse assistant took my weight and blood pressure as normal and put me in room 1. I checked the time on my phone to see how long it would take to get my lab results numbers and at 12:14 the nurse practitioner came in and first thing she said was an apology for the wait. 50 minutes it took of waiting for something that took her 2 minutes to read off the paper. Unacceptable!! They werent busy with a lot of patients and this 2 minute visit shouldnt have taken 50 minutes!
