Although this visit I felt a bit uneasy because they had a student do my eye inspection and she verbally seemed unsure even though the actual doctor was watching. I understand it’s training BUT it’s my eye at stake. Lastly the check out staff could be more friendly.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Duarte this week. I was impressed with the ease and thoroughness of their new patient setup. His office staff was extremely efficient and professional. Their automated processes also impressed too as my prescription refill requests were confirmed by my local pharmacy before I left the doctors office. Best of all was Dr. Durate. chernika lipscomb: I have been a patient here for two weeks and my experience here has been phenomenal. My care team has been making sure I have everything I need. My wound care nurse Courtney made sure my wound was clean daily to be sure that it didnt become infected again. The supervisors here are also making sure the nurses are doing what theyre supposed to be doing and the nurses, for the most part, was very friendly and efficient. The staff here are friendly and attentive. I recommend this place and I give it a solid 9/10. P.S Special thanks to my nurses Ms Lenora, Ms Jasmine, and Ms Beverly who were very attentive and made sure I had everything I needed.

V. Erika: This clinic is great ! Nice staff . Not overcrowded like any other Harris county clinics . Everyone is nice and professional. Very welcoming. Went there for my first time last week and I felt welcomed . I use to attend valbona clinic and I have to say I was ready to leave Harris Health because of the valbona clinic . Now that clinic is ghetto , overcrowded and no structure at all. This clinic is the total opposite. I will definitely give Harris health another try because of this clinic .
