Baptist Health Foundation San Antonio - San Antonio
Roger C: I am a heart patient and I am often sick. My cardiologist comes to this location so I come here. It is hard to relax, sleep and be calm because the nurses and staff are so loud at all hours of the day and night. They have no concern about the patients being able to rest in a peaceful environment. Its as loud as a elementary playground full of kids only the noise here is coming from hospital staff thats having too much fun. Its always like this. You bring it up to the nurses but nothing is ever done. This shows poor Leadership, lack of concern and respect for patients. Something needs to be done.
Pediatric Primary Care Clinic at CHRISTUS Childrens - San Antonio
Roxana Sosa: The front office nurses for scheduling are not very friendly. They seem bothered when you ask for more clarity on situations, all I wanted was to understand the process of the referral and it’s like I was making their job hard. I hope they find new people who actually love interacting with people as a job.

Fonz rm: Dr bell disregarded my concerns and made me feel like my health issues were not important. • Lack of attentiveness • dismissive attitude • no treatment plan Felt like the consultation was rushed, barely listen to my symptoms and offered no explanation. He should probably hang up his stethoscope.

Jaali Marin: I’m not one to usually do reviews , but my experience at this hospital was beyond ridiculous! Only giving a one star because there’s not an option for 0! This is the absolute WORST hospital with the most HORRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL staff. There was only about 2-3 other patients and we waited about 5-6 hours. Nurses were beyond rude and made ridiculous and uncalled for comments. A nurse had a huge issue with my grandmother going back and forth to the bathroom not knowing cancer has caused stomach issues. She made a comment saying ā€œshe sure does use the restroom a lotā€ and was breathing hard making uncalled for faces. To be helped, you would have to go out and look for a nurse because they definitely don’t go check up on you. We nicely asked for a cup of water and the nurse made it seem like I was asking for a whole lot. I kept my patience and was polite the entire visit despite the service provided , and still was treated poorly. I will NEVER recommend this hospital to anyone and definitely won’t be returning.
Dr. Henry Chen, MD - San Antonio
Chels: Dr. Chen and his clinic are subpar at best, and that’s putting it politely. The clinic is very disorganized. The staff does not give appointment reminders and is very unsure of their insurance policies and coverage; be prepared to wait in the office at least an hour for your appointment, even if it’s not busy. There’s no sense of urgency and patient care for threatening issues such as: I had a UTI which I tested positive for on my first visit, the OBGYN office NEVER EVEN CALLED me to tell me I had this serious infection, I was not informed by them until until I came in for my second visit which was a month and a half later.. at that point my UTI had already escalated and had was treated by a local hospital ER. Dr. Chen tries to be funny, his lack of professionalism and tact made my husband and I feel VERY uncomfortable. As far as atmosphere, the office was NOT CLEAN. i.e. there were insects in the light fixtures, dirty tile floors, foul food odors, etc. The large tower skyscraper building is practically abandoned, outside from this particular clinic; the empty doctors suites of unused equipment makes the vibe eerie and gloom. Finally, the office is located downtown.. therefore, you have to PAY TO PARK by the hour, which is inconvenient as the office does not give you a heads up on the payment for parking for their patients, no vouchers for reimbursements are offered. In summary, This was not OBGYN my husband, and I have decided to go with for our baby, especially for the delivery..Not impressed and not returning after two visits of giving this clinic a try. Back on the hunt for a suitable OBGYN, which should feel easy after this bleak experience at Pea In The Pod.

Ramin Poursani, MD - San Antonio
    Ramin Poursani, MD
Britt Davis: worse doctor ever! This man knew nothing, about anything medical. If he doesnt know what your problem is, he doesnt test you to find out neither. If you are in constant pain like I am, for my condition he acts as if he cant do anything to help you. So if you have something serious, that you need special care I strong advise you not to see this doctor. In his words. "google it. You might be better off."
San Antonio Pediatric Associates: Juan Eduardo Carballo MD - San Antonio
Michelle Hernandez: I would highly recommend not to come here. They change doctors like you change underwear... They forgot my sons shots for 2 years and when he started school he had to get 6 shots plus they tried to blame but it was their fault do to changing doctors and losing their files that were paper. Its hard to find a new pedi if you are on medicaid and a child older than one... Please stay aware for your childs safety.. Also you wait for hours when you make an appointment and if you walk in forget it.... Im happy that their is google to protect other patients before they go...
Edward Blackmon Jr., MD: Fertility Specialist & OBGYN - San Antonio
Edward Blackmon Jr., MD: Fertility Specialist & OBGYN
Cari Hollis: I saw Dr. Blackmon. He was nice and knowledgeable, however; i made my appointment specifically with Dr. Al-Hakeem. So that was my first frustration. Dr. Blackmon prescribed a medication that my insurance refused to cover, so my insurance, my pharmacy and myself tried to get in contact with their office for two and a half weeks with no returned messages. Then, my husband drove all the way to their office to talk to talk to them in person to get my medication figured out. At the office they promised they would send my prescription to another pharmacy that could cover it cheaper. After a few days i called the pharmacy to check on the status, to find out that they never call the prescription in. I then called the office back again and left another message, and now 3.5 weeks later, i still have never had a single phone call returned, and still dont have the medication i need. I have completely given up on this practice and will be trying elsewhere. Do not waste your time with them.
