1 /5 Michelle Hernandez: I would highly recommend not to come here. They change doctors like you change underwear... They forgot my sons shots for 2 years and when he started school he had to get 6 shots plus they tried to blame but it was their fault do to changing doctors and losing their files that were paper. Its hard to find a new pedi if you are on medicaid and a child older than one... Please stay aware for your childs safety.. Also you wait for hours when you make an appointment and if you walk in forget it.... Im happy that their is google to protect other patients before they go...

1 /5 wera deluna: Dr carballo is a good dr but the call center omg they dont want to due there work 2 times I had an issue with the call center very unprofessional they need more training how to due there job they dont want to work call center needs more training and to answer the client questions thats why they are the call center to direct the calls to due appointment s they get paid to due there job !!!

5 /5 Gabina Vasquez: Dr.Carballo is the most KNOWLEDGEABLE, ATTENTIVE, DEDICATED, NURTURING, AMAZING, CARING DOCTOR I HAVE EVER MET. His staff is also nice and caring. His rooms are clean and everyone is ALWAYS smiling. Great team!!. They dont make you feel rushed even when the office is busy. My son has been his patient since he was 3 weeks old or so. He now is turning 3. Dr.Carballo is so FOCUSED on what you are there for, takes his time w the child and talks to them really nice even when they cry he soothes them. I wish i can give him 100 stars ⭐. NOTHING BUT PURE INTENTIONS. Just SPECTACULAR!! He is ALWAYS well groomed and super clean. Takes his time explaining every detail and makes sure you are at ease before you go. He also speaks fluent spanish...i hope he dont retire anytime soon. He is just AMAZING at what he does. J. A. Sp: Have seen Dr. Uy for over 10 years. The doctor is excellent, good patient bedside manner and knowledgeable. However, the visits are entirely ruined by dealing with the staff from the front desk, billing staff and office administrator. They either lack skill sets for manners, administrative sense or they just dont care and for whatever issue, it is not them its you. Its all nicely packaged in a rude and indifferent manner. This practice has really gone from bad to worse over the years and seems to be struggling. Maybe they just need better staff.

I started my journey back in June of 2023 I was with the program for about 3 months till my parents decided not to go back for some reason it wasn’t until march of 2024 that I decided to go back being 399.79 lbs. I then realized I needed to go back and get that surgery if I wanted a better life in the future. So month by month I started to drop weight rapidly 25lbs the first month 20lbs the second. Then by the day of surgery I was 339lbs I felt like I was starting to get my life back on track. I am currently 322lbs since march and I am extremely proud of myself and how far I’ve come.I couldn’t have done this without my amazing nurses Regina, my nutritionist Hope, and most importantly Dr.O’connor. She is the reason this is all happening and I can’t thank her enough with the drive she gave me and the determination she always has a demeanor of when you walk into a room she will have a smile no matter what and she makes you feel comfortable like you’ve never been before. So I recommend after my story that’s not over yet. I tell anyone that is thinking about having this surgery to do it. Don’t be afraid or scared you have the most amazing and caring team by your side.

Roland Garcia: DONT EVER PAY WITH CASH HERE for private pay! Evelyn basically told me she was billing when I called and asked for billing. During my office visit it came out to $90. I paid $80 dollars in $20s. So I owe the office $10 dollars. Somewhere in that office was $80 cash and more than likely she pocket that because now they want me to pay again. Bill me for $10 dollars that I owe!... People make sure you all get a receipt from this place! Dr. Shaikh is great, but that front desk is ruining it for him.
